a good solid soft serve. i think they're carried a little by the uniqueness of their flavours. it's not the creamiest soft serve i've had, but it's the only ube and charcoal soft serve i've seen, and it tastes pretty good which keeps me coming back. i'd recommend getting the matcha nut which has matcha, charcoal, and ube.

Matcha nut in a charcoal cone consists of: matcha base, and ube with charcoal swirl. The shop had a steady line to the door on a Saturday afternoon. Service was bright, easy and efficient. The ube and charcoal has a slight taste of coconut. I had a hard time narrowing down to two flavours and I'm happy my cone consists of three flavours. Next time I will swap the charcoal cone for a regular cone. ( $9 approximately)

Try their unique soft serves flavors! My favorites were the ube and matcha. The black one was okay for me. The staff was also super kind and they gave us samples of all the flavors.

I've been going to the Danforth location and loved it. Unfortunately the Queen St location's ice cream was grainy, much smaller in size and on the verge of melting. My ice cream was so flimsy it toppled over and they had to make a new one. This location has additional flavors but it didn't taste very good, perhaps the grainy texture added to it. I won't be coming back here and staying loyal to the Danforth location.

Ice cream look so cute with unique colours . It was a good experience sitting on the pink bench and watching vibrant Queen street while eating sweets. But honestly the ice cream is not really good for me, the only one tasted good is matcha. The others were mild and not really creamy. The charcoal cone was good

Got the pandan nut and strawberry nut in charcoal cones. They were delicious and the flavours were really defined. Would go back anytime.

Always loved their ice cream and waffle cones, all flavours are superb. But the customer service was afwul a couple months ago, had two girls that would always have an attitude. I used to come in every few days as I lived across the street. Accidentally dropped the ice cream one, thought that girl was about to kill me. Came in a couple days ago after gym after a long break and the assuming new guy Luis was so polite and helpful. Appreciate the management’s review of their staff. But don’t switch up flavors as the charcoal and standard matcha are absolutely delicious!

Ok spot for some interesting ice cream flavours. Had the pandan soft serve and it was pretty good. It was a bit strange as there were little bits / chunks throughout the soft serve as we weren’t sure what they were - mixing process?

I honestly didn't think I'd enjoy some of the interesting flavours at ihalo but if I lived in Toronto, I'd be addicted! I had coconut and the charcoal-y ice cream on top and my son had one with 'pandan'. Highly recommend if you want to try a totally different ice-cream from the usual bog standard.

What makes iHalo Krunch stand out is for introducing asian inspired flavours served in the most unconventional ways! With 4 flavours to choose from, I opted for the lychee flavour and oh my goodness! I basically got a brain freeze, I dont know what I was thinking! But what in the world is this?!
