I tried their Milk Tea ice cream and honestly it was mediocre. It tasted milky and the tea flavour wasn't really there. This is my fault though, i should've asked for some samples before ordering. The portion size is huge, i got a single scoop and it was more like 1.5 scoops. Customer Service: The lady working there was really nice (: Maybe I'll come back to try the Houjicha and Ichigo Miso

Very big portion and delicious! The ice cream sandwich was big enough for 2 to share! It was cool to see them serve ice cream from bang bang ice cream.

their ice cream is so great! I love the variety of flavours, and that they cater more to eastern tastes. personally I'm not a huge fan of melon pan but it is suuuper cute looking.

High quality ice cream, really captured the tangyness of yuzu and the flavor of matcha. A bonus, the cat mascot and merchandise are adorable.

Icecreams are delicious, but the customer service is bad. They really need to prioritize that. It's a shame, because they may lose business because of how they treat customers despite how good their icecream is...

This is an absolute gem of a place. Glad I stumbled on to it while walking around with my friends from UK and USA. Love showing off how unique TO is. Their Miso ice cream with strawberries and white chocolate is foodgasmic

disappointed！just went there afternoon. I ordered milktea icecream. My friend and I disliked it because it taste very bad. The cone was flakey and icecream was so stale.....the serivice was slow and I spent long time to waiting...rude service. why waste a customers’ time？Please stay away from this store.

This place is our new favorite place! Had the Sakura Cheesecake icecream & the honey buckwheat icecream. Delicious, unique flavours. Exceptional service ... Definitely recommend.

Had the crackle bun with black sesame ice cream. Great ice cream flavour. The best part of the crackle bun was the crackle. Sweet and crunchy...the rest was plain but thank goodness for the ice cream.
