I recommend: Plate: harvest plate Protein: cajun chicken, jerk chicken Base: white rice, brown rice, roasted potatoes Market sides: buffalo cauliflower, tuna pasta salad The long yet fast moving lineups during weekday lunchtimes make it hard to take a look at the menu beforehand and forces you to decide in a rush, which is why I have attached a photo for reference. Pricing usually ranges from $14 and up, which makes the meal super good for value! It’s so filling to the point that I usually finish eating in two sittings. The service is very efficient and they are able to handle rush hour relatively well for anyone tight on time. Located within the MetroCentre food court, I would say this place is perfect for a day-to-day lunch during work.

Used to be my favourite spot but they fell off. Similar to Chipotle, portions have gone way down in the last year, now you need to order double meat just for a hearty meal. Today my chicken was undercooked (pink) inside, and did not seem safe to eat. They were great last year, but i won't be visiting again anytime soon.

Very disappointed in this place,I went to this place twice to order honey bowl, it’s unavailable twice! They close at 4PM, I got there at 2PM, but seems like they are already prepared for closing! Guess I will take my money elsewhere

Food court fare doesn't get tastier or healthier than this!

This is my favourite nightmare to order from! The food is yummy and the line moves quickly and efficiently. I find that the food is always fresh and the portions are great for the price. You might have to shout your fifteen times for them to understand or hear you over the busiest, but it is worth it!

The only place worth eating around in this area when working in the office. The food is tasty, the portions are great, and it's pretty affordable. There's usually a long queue (just goes to show how good it is), but the staff works through them fast so you're not waiting for long. The only problem is it's a bit of a walk from my workplace. PLEASE OPEN A BRANCH AT UNION STATION.

This place has been a go for anytime I have in this area, amazing tastes, try Cajun chicken sweet potatoes and Mac n cheese, basically can go wrong with anything on the menu,easily in the nine club, 9.4/10 would eat at least twice a week

Maybe the best takeout salad I’ve ever had. Huge lines all the time. Waiting time less than you would expect. Prices are great. Get double protein as it’s really good.
