It's actually disgusting in there. There's SO many flies - I was trying to swat away three different flies while at a table. There are also flies inside the display box for the baked goods. AND one of the bags I was given was sticky :( The atmosphere leaned more towards dingy instead of cozy, but the flies probably contributed a lot haha. Also expensive as hell - I suppose it's to be expected for a cafe, but I can't even begin to justify it. Two sandwiches and drinks were $35 ... I can't imagine studying here. Even if you only get a snack, battling flies while working sounds like hell.

The atmosphere and the staff were great. It looked like a very nice spot to study. However, the hygiene of this place is jarring. While I ordered my food , I noticed flies in the bakery box, but chalked it up to just be a fluke. I would find out the hard way this in fact wasn't. Sitting down at a table, I was swarmed with fruit flies all trying desperately to get to my food. If this is what it was like for the customer front, I do not want to know what goes on in the back. Great potential, just needs a lot of work on hygiene.

I love this place. The toast and coffee are so delicious. Most importantly, the staff is friendly and the service is so nice. When I need a place to study or work, I'll choose this cafe. Your service and this place made my day good.

The decor of this coffee shop is striking in the way that it employs many typewriters and allusions to the craft of writing, even in the toilets. The seats are comfy and wifi is available. The really kind waitress recommended us the Spanish latte, which was not too sweet but packed a mellow flavour that eased our overheat on an especially sunny day in Toronto. If I lived in this city, I know I would frequent this gem of a cafe.

Page One Coffee is a fantastic spot with exceptional coffee and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff are friendly, the ambiance is cozy, and the pastries are delicious. Highly recommend for a perfect coffee experience!

love this cute spot for working or studying! The service is fantastic, and their drinks are simply delicious. However, a quick heads-up for my gluten-free friends: the gluten-free brownie isn't actually gluten-free. As someone with celiac disease, I found out the hard way and had a rough couple of days. So, please double-check when ordering. Enjoy everything else—they truly have a lot to offer!

4.5 stars. Lovely interior with ample seating. Drinks were decent though not the best I’ve tried. Tried a croissant and that was slightly stale (feels like it may have been out for half a day, although we did visit for closer to morning to noon time). Boardgames are available in the back near the couch area. Good spot to sit down to chat or study while having a decent drink / quick bite, but I would not make a special visit for just their beverages/food.

I was served a London Fog by Mercedes today and wow. It was the best London Fog I’ve ever had. Mercedes was very sweet and patient with us when ordering, and handled the busy cafe very well. 10/10 would come again

A little pricey for students but it's cozy and the vibes are immaculate. Love the couch area. The food and drinks are delicious ✨️
