360 Restaurant

Andrew was a great server! The food was amazing, and close attention was paid to our food allergies. Reservations aren't easy to get at the last minute, so plan ahead.

First time to Toronto, and the CN Tower was on the list of things to experience. We decided to go up to the top of the tower, then decide to have dinner at the 360 restaurant too as it gave you access to the observation deck with the dinner. Made our way up to the restaurant where Hamid was our server. We had the three course beef prime rib. I had the mussels to start, The Boss had the heirloom tomato, butter lettuce with burrata and we both finished with the chocolate terrine. The prime rib was easily one of the best I have eaten, so tender and so flavorful. It was a cloudy day but the view was just outstanding, sometimes in the clouds, some times looking along the bottom of the clouds. And a panorama of the city from a very unique perspective. Our experience at 360 was delicious, exciting and very memorable.

Came to this restaurant to celebrate a special event. The server was super friendly and helpful. He explained about doubts regarding the menu and was able to make changes in case of allergy. Had a wonderful time. I highly recommend the burrata and the salmon. Really tasty. Besides the view is indescribable. The experience to see the whole city is one in a lifetime!

This place is living off its view. The food is absolutely beyond subpar. We have the risotto and lamb. The risotto tasted like water with bits of seafood in it. Lamb had zero seasoning and was clearly a cheap cut as it was 50% fat. For the money you’re paying you’d expect at least something edible. The service was decent but we felt rushed even though the food took over an hour to come. As a Toronto local - I’m saddened at the thought that tourist come from all over the world and think this is the standard of Toronto dining.

Great way to skip the lines at the CN tower. No ticket is required to head up to the restaurant. Expansive views of the Toronto skyline. Food and service are good, factoring in the tickets to go up which are free, prices are decent

I had a bad experience because of the person who gave me the place to sit followed by the manager. Appalling customer service is my opinion but maybe that is the norm here in Canada. Other than that no issues. My waiter, I think his name was Aj or Al, I think he may be of Malaysian origin was one of the loveliest waiters I have ever been served with. He was so sweet and thoughtful and apologetic of his manager's and the host's behaviour and kept going out of the way to make our experience better. He went above and beyond to make sure I don't end up crying, kept an eye on the tiniest of things like giving me water the moment it would finish and offered to take pictures.. Food was ok, nothing fantastic. Parts of my chicken weren't cooked properly. Soup was decent, dessert was good but not the best. The views were stunning. Now the bad part. When I came, I said I'd like a window seat and I'm willing to wait even if it takes over 2 hrs but they didn't let us have one. They said nothing is available and that's not really true. So many tables were available for a while at so many times yet they didn't let me sit there. I was paying the same amount of money as anyone else so I don't understand why they won't let me sit there. The manager wasn't willing to help one bit either and kept insisting there nothing he can do and even lied that you have to have VIP packages to have that. I would pay VIP package price but I wasn't being offered anything. So I'm very unhappy with this. I'd never go again. Nonetheless the waiters were nice, and the view was fantastic.

I ordered pork and the meat was a little bit dry. View is nice. If you dine here you get free access to the tower. Minimum spend is 75$.

For me this was definitely a five star experience. I had the most perfect table which allowed me to be at the right place at sunset and the service was so excellent and friendly, I was overwhelmed. The food was very good as well. The only thing I don’t really understand is why I couldn’t book a table for two, just for one person, and then I was sitting alone on a table for two, although a friend wanted to join me! Nevertheless I would definitely go there again if I ever came to Toronto again.

The view is amazing! The aervuce was great as they were very careful with my food allergy and made me feel safe to eat the food I was served. I was disappointed with my appetizer as all the components weren't fresh. I the main couese was delicious and the dessert was OK. As another reviewer stated, it is challenging to review this restaurant as the city views are breathtaking, the atmosphere is great but the food isn't fine dining,I rated the food a 3. I did vist over 20 years ago and it was truly fine dining back then. As for an overall experience, it was great.

I come here every few years to celebrate our anniversary. The reason why we come is because the atmosphere and the food used to be great. The quality of the food and experience has gone down dramatically in the last few years. Our food for this July 2024 visit was practically tasteless and dry. Even the presentation was below a typical 3 star restaurant. See the pictures. I think we had better food from a small town bar. The management team here should think long term instead of just profit. When cost cutting is the goal, people will leave disappointed and won’t come back. Fine dining should start with table presentation and high quality food. This place could be much more, and whoever is managing it should be FIRED. Bring back some elegance and a master chef.
