The staff are too lazy to make and mix drinks properly. Don't waste your time or your money here.

This is a great location, they always make my frink correctly and everyone is friendly. It's also never too busy so I don't have to wait long!

The male staff was rude. Ordered lavender cold cream matcha latte, first time the matcha powder wasn’t dissolved, all grainy so I asked them to remake. The barista’s excuse was it’s supposed to be like that. Second time they gave the drink like in the picture. without lavender, and the cream was over whipped. Asked for light ice but 90% of the cup was ice. Also this location never makes the lavender cold cream right. There is absolutely no lavender taste at all, even the cream was purely white. My friend ordered a hot mocha and it also tasted super weird.

It was mid. Nothing special they spelled my name wrong but I didn't say anything.
