Great food and good prices, authentic Chinese food.

Food was served hot and it tasted amazing! We had onion pancake....dumplings....shrimp and egg rice noodles and they were all delicious 😋. The only down side is their service....which is non existent....it looks like there isn't enough staff on a packed restaurant!

This is an extremely under rated place, trust me I'm Asian. The menu is extremely large so you'll have to know what you're ordering.

Very tasty! Just a a bit too oily.

Upon entering the restaurant, it looked cozy enough. Did not understand why the waitress ushered us to the crowded section and put us in a very tight spot. I had to demand a different table. Menu were tabled, fancy but unfortunately all in Chinese which I don't understand. But it had all the pictures just too small to make out. Then the waitress walked by and we tried to ask questions, only to be ignored. Guess these people don't like it when we asked to be seated elsewhere. One waitress was courteous enough but the other 2 were not. WE WALKED OUT. NOT COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE.

1st visit, ordered 5 items: chicken with hot sauce, green pea noodles with sichuan sauce and added 2 spring rolls, shredded pork with garlic sauce, fish fillet with sichuan pepper sauce, and mixed beef with with hot sauce. My fav is mixed beef, future could order 2 after buying groceries. The fish fillet, I thought was mid but LN likes it. The spring rolls tasted frozen with freezer burn, so future maybe get a different side (or drink). Shredded pork was good but not as great as I remembered it. 2nd visit, ordered 3 items for family of 3: had mixed beef, Dan Dan noodles (came with some ground beef as protein) and a can of coke, and fried Ho fun with beef and xo sauce. All delicious. Didn’t realize I ordered all 3 beef dishes until later, but all tasted good and different textures of the beef dishes. Would order all 3 of these dishes again. Dan Dan noodles were my fav, I love the smooth rice texture of the wheat noodles. Ho fun flat rice noodles tasted good too, fluffier. Both were delicious noodles. 3rd visit. Had spicy mixed beef (fu ji fei pian). Ho fun with minced pork (delicious) and Tofu with assorted meat (this is a seafood tofu) - also delicious. Would order these 3 again. 4th visit: Had spicy mixed beef, tofu with assorted meat (seafood tofu), pork intestines and blood with hot sauce (served with rice noodles - delicious. 1 of my fav dishes), and frog legs and onion with soy sauce (SK liked these and they were a celebratory dish for passing their IT exam).

Sweet and sour pork with rice lunch special came with sweet and sour soup .

This place has great portions for a great price! Super good.

This is the first time we have lunch here. The atmosphere is chinese style, and many people have lunch on the weekend. We have to wait to be seated for a while. We ordered preserved olive vegetables ($17.99), pork fried rice ($13.99), black papper beef ($15.99), deep fried pork w/spiced salt. The size per plate is quite big. The price is reasonable. The foods taste good, the service and waitresses are friendly. However, they don't accept credit card payments. Only cash or debit are accepted. It is recommended.

My family and I have been here a few times for dine in lunch and dinner. And we were always satisfied with both the food and the service. This is the sister location of Bashu Restaurant by Hwy 10 & Eglinton. The menu is basically identical. I have to say that most people will be happy with the dine in portions Vs. The take out portions. I went with lunch take out today for this review. And the take out portions are tiny in comparison to the dine in and I have zero idea why this is? Perhaps 🤔 to cover the cost 💲 of take out containers ??? Yeah, it really makes no sense … I have to agree 👍 with the reviews that point this out. The portions are huge when dining in. So keep this in mind. All in all, I have not had a bad dish. Everything was delicious and hit the flavour profiles. Drop in and give them a try and then let us all know what your thoughts 💭 are.
