4 stars on the food because the salsa had this large uncut piece of onion and the avocado had a large unripe piece in it. But the staff were amazing, apologized and replaces the entire meal. My daughter frequents this location alot and this was the first time she got a messed up meal. Thanks for the amazing service.

I have eaten at this location a couple years back but boy what a disappointment today’s meal was. The food was half the amount it was in the past and thrown together with no care, like slop. The Beef was tasteless and the guacamole was too salty to eat. I do not recommend. I had take out, but the tables were not clean and the place was pretty empty. Staff seems like they would all rather be somewhere else. Will not be returning.

Big fan of the chain, and while it may be a bit more expensive than some competitors, the quality of the food makes up for it. While the flavour of their offerings were up to par of past visits to other locations, unfortunately their portion sizes were not. Hot table containers were all running low, and the portion scoops I received were not full scoops, where at other locations portions were heaping scoops. Employee was also curt, and their main goal was to move me along to the cold table despite there being no line. After this last visit I would definitely recommend driving a little bit extra to visit a different location

I come once a week on Sundays and get greeted by Akash. He gives me a lot of food in my chicken bowl and is the reason I come back. Above and beyond with the value of the meal. I’m a happy customer.

Always busy and lively at peak hours without the long wait, with great food on offer this place has fantastic mexican style food with good portions for your value. Great staff who are kind and friendly. Amazing!

We arrived 30 mins prior closing. Most of the ingredients are sold out. But still, the burritos we got were not as good the 1st time. Very inconsistent on food quality, which should be a major focus of a food chain

literally the most stingiest chipotle. they’ll look you straight in the face with a measly little half scoop portion and act like it’s okay.

Worst experience ever at a Chipotle, been going to Chipotle for years now I would never ever go back to this one . Me and my brother get there , we are already waiting 15 minutes in line to order. We finally order our food. Our food is made sitting there, along with 1 women in front of us and 2 people behind us whose food has already been made. We are standing there for 10 minutes wondering why the lady in front of us is taking so long at the cashier then the employees say their credit debit machine is not working and to take a seat until they figure it out at this point our food is already made and still waiting there. It is 20 minutes before they come to us and say they can't get the credit machine up. 5 minutes later they come back and say we can take our food if we can pay cash. We don't have cash on us and only have our debit and credit cards. So the lady says let me talk to my manager. The manager comes up and says we can't take our food without paying cash we say we can't we don't have cash and we have already been here for 50 minutes and our food has been getting cold and gross for 35 minutes. She comes back 2 minutes later and says you could try downloading the app and reordering the food and then you can take your food which has now been sitting there for over 30 minutes . I was honestly disgusted with the way they handled it I've been to Starbucks and other food establishments where this has happened and if they have already made your order and it is sitting for that long they would just give it to you if before you made the order the system was working and they did not indicate they could only take cash . Horrendous service, they didn't even give us our food in the end. An hour wasted and no food and to no fault of our own after being so patient with them.

Got double protein, and asked for Barbacoa, literally got a sample size for a “double”, payed 4-5 additional dollars to get mostly connective tissue and gristles.

I go there almost every single day, and it feels like every day I go, they give you less and less protein on their bowls. I'm so done with this place. Today, I actually walked out of the place because they refused to add a little extra when I asked
