Great patio experience. Had the Jungle Juice cocktail which was pretty good.

This place has changed so much and not in a good way. I haven’t been here in a few months and I was really disappointed in the experience. The quality and quantity of food has declined in a major way. The Asiago chicken pasta has always been my go to - this time around it came out it barley had any sauce it was pretty dry - to their credit I asked for more sauce and they brought it - but before they used to bring you the food, offer your cheese as a topping, offered you fresh pepper. Now they bring you the food and leave- there is no pepper or salt on the table they don’t have fresh cheese any more they just bring you dry Parm if you ask for it - the deserts have very little variety everything comes with ice cream and tastes like it was purchased at Metro The food is not cheap - and for the experience it’s not worth it at all They have done a lot of renovation to the look of the place but they should renovate their dining experience and the quality of their food This was very disappointing

Came here late night for a quick bite with a few friends. They took us to the back of the dinning area next to the bar. Although the seats were comfy it was very drafty with the AC and we wanted to move. The server said the main dinning room is closed and everywhere else nearby would be cold since the AC is malfunctioning. Finally my friend found a booth where everyone is and that area did not have cold drafts or feeling cold. We felt that it should have been offered but it wasn't. Anyways, we picked up all our stuff and moved there before the food came.

We would have enjoyed our meals more if we sat in the dining room. We were given the choice of two different booth areas (bar or dining ) and chose wrong. That's on us. Service was friendly but only at the beginning. Our server got more interested in other tables as our evening continued. Food was hot and well prepared. Better than expected. Drinks were tasty.

Went in on a weekday for a late lunch. Was sitting in the Patio. There was only 2 waitress for the entire patio. We waited 25 mins to get our order and water. It not the staffs fault. Please schedule staff as required. Many customers just walked off. Feel sad for the 2 staff that were helping everyone outside.

Great service. Our waiter was Chris and he had expressed to us that it was his last day that day and I just want to say that he was phenomenal. (Hire someone just as great as him to fill his spot). One of my cups were dirty and he did bring me a clean cup so I appreciate that a lot. Dustin the cook !oh my gosh, thank you so much for my steak that was cooked perfectly And seasoned well (table 43). Props to you dude thanks a lot! Atmosphere was OK, would prefer if the music was lowered a bit but other than that, it was great.

We stumbled upon Jack's due to a disappointing experience at Boston Pizza down the road, and I'm so glad we did! We came in to watch the Euro match, and the service was incredible. The girl working our table on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, between 12 pm and 4 pm, was awesome and super pleasant. The food was absolutely impressive – really, really good. Overall, we are super happy we came here instead! Great job, Jack's! Highly recommend this place for great service and delicious food. ---

Super friendly staff and very accommodating!

We went for a group meal with 7 people and squished into a booth in the bar area. There were Xmas lights draped across the ceiling and lots of colourful furniture with framed magazines like rolling stone and mad covering the walls. This was 11:30am on a Sunday and the restaurant was empty. We had great service and were well taken care of. We split the cheesy garlic bread which was oily but delicious! To eat I had the lobster and crab dip while my partner had the chicken tendies. Consistently good. Will be back :)

My family and I went to watch the leafs game and received exceptional service provided by Andriy K. From start to finish, Andriy ensured our dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend Andriy for a amazing dining experience!
