Starbucks Reserve Bar

Starbucks at Shop at Donmill is in my neighborhood. I always have good experience there. Today, just wanted to give a special shouout to the barrister, Angel. His service is amazing and deserves a raise :)

The barista overcharged me when I purchased the $5 coffee and bakery promotion. I asked her if it was the right amount and she said that it was because the Starbucks register automatically applies the promo. I asked her twice and she just shrugged it off, i obviously knew it wasn’t due to simple math. I called Starbucks and they refunded me what was overcharged. Please train your staff better.

I love this place! So spacious. Clean store and staff are friendly.

My Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso was mainly oat milk and ice. I've had it multiple times before, and it was delicious, so it might just not have been made well.

This is one of those places that makes Starbucks look good. I always come back fo the cashier because I want to. Never because I have to.

I made an online order today and whoever made my iced lavender oat matcha latte . chefs kiss to you because it was perfect

Nice atmosphere but disappointed that they got my order wrong twice and made me wait a long time to get yet another incorrect drink, and were not apologetic about it.
