An Asian lady cashier just focuses on her smartphone when I was standing in the front of her until I was redy to order, and I feel sweltering there is no air conditioner inside the store, but I have no choice because I love DQ's ice cream.

I’m a local who goes on this street a lot. The Dairy Queen is one of the go to places for tourists on the street. It is more expensive than any other Dairy Queen I’ve been two and the lady working there is very rude. Normally there is one person at a time working there and there are two different people. The one old lady is very rude and rushs your food and makes you pay a lot. She also once took 25 dollars out of my gift card when I Paid $6 for a blizzard! The other lady is a young girl who is generally nice to people but she seems to be stressed working alone. Overall don’t recommend. I came there the other day and she had a baby working right next to the ice cream sneezing all over the machines! She was very rude to me and that was my last time going

Went once. One staff and she was rude and the cone barely had any ice cream. This franchise is on a busy, trendy, touristy street and they assume they can do what they want. GO somewhere else.

Very unhelpful server here who couldn't help me redeem an offer and didn't provide specific instructions that they only scan offers but can't take the codes. Wasted 15 minutes of my time waiting in line.

Tried to order a medium blizzard and they ran out of 3 different flavors that we tried to order. And when we settled on one we liked, it was damn-near half a cup. This cost us 9$ for half a blizzard.

This location’s ice cream seems better than the one East.. But upon entering there wqs a pungent dirty wet boots smell… maybe change your carpet? Otherwise good service

Worst manager experience. Wouldn’t accept deals from the app. Manager would use derogatory terms towards me and filled blizzard up only half way and wouldn’t take it back to refill. There’s a sign that says if they don’t serve upside down you get a free blizzard and the employee didn’t. I acknowledged that when they served and they still wouldn’t give a free one. Employee was very rude with unfair prices. Terrible experience

I went here on a nice sunny day with my friends. The manager/employee took 10 minutes to greet us and take out order. the machine wouldn’t take our coupons so we ended up complaining and the manager was using derogatory terms towards me. they don’t take credit and when they gave me my blizzard they forgot to flip it upside down. there is a clear sign that says if they don’t serve upside down then you get a free blizzard but they never gave one. the manager continued to argue with me and deny her wrongdoings. this really angered a lot of us and she filled my friends blizzard up only half way and wouldn’t take it back to fill up. the manager was very rude and overall a terrible experience

Friendly staff. After receiving my order, I stood for some time to do something on my phone. Without me asking, they thoughtfully offered to put my order back in the fridge to prevent it from melting.

The employee Bella was SO incredibly helpful- she was prompt, kind, and timely when I called to order a cake. She answered all my questions with patience, she explained the process to me clearly, so amazing that I had to write a review. Thanks Bella!

This Dairy Queen is the goat of all dairy queens. The customer service is so good, would recommend.
