Nicky was super attentive at our Dixie location, and all the food was absolutely delicious. Served warm, and literally as advertised. We were asked during our meal if everything was good too, and our requests were accommodated. Thanks for everything :)

It was my first time and I must say Nikki, Hamada, and Baljinder presented us with great food and service. Meat was juicy and delicious and they made sure it was up to our satisfaction. Must say they were amazing :)

CAUTION: Their burgers are addictive! Honestly their Juicy Lucy is one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life! I had to order take out from here the next day. It was that good!

The MOST PERFECT BURGER!! Their beef patties are Smash patties and 5 oz, and Halal (according to their website). The beef patty is tasty (not salty like major burger chains’ patties), and I asked for it to be Very Well-Done. The burger bun also tastes very good, and average size. However, if you’re a Burger Enthusiast, then you’ll agree that: More Meat, Less Bun = Better-Tasting Burger So, I customized my burger by requesting the smaller Slammer Bun… and the result was sooo perfect! I highly recommend trying this restaurant’s burgers… on a Slammer bun!!

The service was exceptional by Nikki. She helped us decide what to get as we were confused at first but she was very friendly and helped us out in the best way possible. They need more of her. Give her a raise.

Burger Factory is a gem! The burgers are incredibly juicy and flavorful, with fresh toppings and perfectly toasted buns. The fries are crispy and delicious. The service is friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

We had a great meal at the Dixie Rd location. We ordered 3 combos, a kids’ meal, and some extra fries for our family of 5. It was juicy and more than enough for us. Nice, friendly service.

When my family from the Philippines visited us, and they’re craving for burgers — Burger Factory is the first thing that crossed our minds. The staff is extra helpful. Nikki has been wonderful, thank you so much! The compressor burger is a must try!!!

There are so many different burger restaurants in this area, but Burger Factory is by far one of the best ones out there. I ordered a Juicy Lucy on fire and it came within minutes of ordering. The burger was, as the name implies, juicy, cheesy and spicy. The fries were crispy, fresh, and perfectly complimented the burger. I would definitely come again to try their other burgers!
