Looks noticeable good change in the cleaning that is being done by a third party cleaning service. The floors are shinier and carpets are cleaner.👍🏽

This review is a long time coming. The last time I lived in the building with my mom and dad was from 1997 to 2000. After my mom passed away I could not afford the rent in unit 214. So unfortunately for me I had to move out. I would’ve absolutely loved to have stayed in this building 177 Nonquon Rd. Oshawa, Ontario. The only issue that my mom and I had was an apartment above us one or two floors a pipe broke or the bathtub overflowed I forget now what happened other than that I love 177. Wish that I could move back into that building. Maybe one day. Many thanks to the superintendent at the time I forgotten her name and the rental agent at the time both great people. And very well-maintained building. The flagship of Summit properties. PS - can you imagine if Summit properties converted their rooftop office into a condominium? I would imagine that if they did that they could probably get at least $1 million as a rooftop penthouse.. 😉

I moved here at the end of August and will say this building is clean and superintendents are great . That being said, since moving in the elevators have not been working properly or at times ,at all . I have been stuck in the elevator 2 times now . 1st being only 2 days after moving ( stuck over an hour ) Today November 18/2020 elevator stopped again but this time it bounced and and shuddered n felt as if it was going to fall. The 1st time being stuck learned that in order to be extracted from elevator fireman would have to be done overhead as not all floors have key access. My rating is based on the safety of the elevators and not the staff. Contacted bylaw as the law states that all elevators have to be safe and in working order . Look forward to further reply from the city and what they find when they do their inspection.
