Basil Box offers a delightful exploration of Southeast Asian flavors, presented in a modern, fast-casual dining format inside Square on Shopping centre , Mississauga at Food Court The menu is impressively customizable, allowing patrons to create their own box by selecting a base, protein, vegetables, sauces, and toppings. I ordered and eat create my own box, jasmine rice and brown rice bases to the fresh vegetables, is carefully prepared, ensuring a balanced and flavorful meal which was tofu , eggplant and bell peppers with some sauces and toppings. The sauces, such as sweet chili lime, tamarind, and spicy peanut, enhanced the flavor profile of the dishes. It was perfect in quantity and food was tasty. Service was also good and server did help me to get me what i wanted. I will recommend eating here.

If someone places order online it doesn’t mean you just give them rice and barely any veggies.

I ordered Tofu Pad Thai....and the noodles were so stuck together....I used a knife to cut the noodles to be able to eat it. And also no flavor!!!

Surprisingly good dumplings. We ordered two types of dumplings, both are very delicious. The dough is soft and chewy, and the meat filling is juicy. Staff were very friendly and patient. Highly recommend.

We managed to visit this establishment. We took handmade dumplings with shrimp. These are definitely the best and most delicious dumplings. The staff is very friendly. I recommend visiting the basil box.

I was debating between Thai Express and here but opted for Basil Box’s chicken pad thai. It did not taste like pad thai and got too much noodle to meat ratio. Also the lead(?) staff was kinda mean to his staff lol

I got the Basil Chicken. The chicken was over cooked and rubbery. There was not much protein considering the price.

I come here often. Jot is always serving good food. Don’t get why people leave the bad reviews about her. The workers are awesome with great vibes.

Very good gluten free options . Service always very pleasant and person that served the food was very patient . Came back just to get the food here as there are not many other gluten free places in the mall. The spice level is also accurate for me.
