It’s Roti time! This spot is the spot. A great friend picked one up for me, thanks “J” , he brought me a brown bag that felt like there was a brick inside. It wasn’t a brick but a Roti, jerk chicken. Not a fan of the bagged roti, more of a container guy, but I put my preference aside and took a bite. HOLY! This is the spot! Flavourful, tons of chicken, juicy, and the roti wrap was very light and also came with a great flavour. When it’s roti time go here. The price….just under 17 bucks……this place knows what’s up!

Flavours did not disappoint. However, the portion size was okay. Ordered the oxtail and only got a few pieces of oxtail (A lot of it was just bone) and just more rice.

Have been to Aneal’s twice so far and both times I have been impressed by the food. An important factor for me is price and for the serving size they give it’s hard to beat. The owner is super nice and recognizes my coworkers by name. He checked in on me because I ordered medium spice and despite him toning it down I needed extra drinks which he gave me free of charge. Best jerk chicken I’ve been to.

This restaurant has become one of my favorites in the area. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the chef's attention to detail was evident in every dish. A must-visit!

My coworkers discovered this place last year, and we've been hooked ever since. We grab lunch here 2-3 times a month and it's never once disappointed. Great jerk, oxtail, veggie rotis and fish dinners. The food is made fresh, comes out quick and the portions are ample. The owner always comes out to say hi and make sure we're satisfied, which is a nice touch. Staff are always friendly and efficient. If you can, grab a bottle of his homemade hotsauce to go!!

I recently dined at Aneal's Taste of the Islands and had the most incredible jerk chicken paired with the creamiest mac and cheese I've ever tasted. Each bite was a delightful explosion of perfectly balanced spices and rich, cheesy goodness, making it an unforgettable culinary experience. Aneal's truly sets the bar for comfort food bliss.

I wish I knew about this place earlier! The food is so flavourful and definitely made with love. Tried the goat curry entrée and the fried catfish weekend special with 2 filets, mac and cheese pie and rice. Huge portions and super flavourful! I loved the coleslaw as well, it was light and perfectly balanced with the other dishes (probably one of the best I’ve ever had). Aneal came out to personally greet us and even gave us free samples of their duck curry which they have every other Saturday and wild boar curry on Fridays and Saturdays! My favourite was the wild boar, it was not too gamey and had delicious fatty pieces. Would definitely come back to try their rotis and housemade desserts!

Friends have been telling me to go Aneal’s for a while now but I never had the chance. Finally today was the first day I came in and was greeted with nothing but kindness and love. Aneal is a very pleasant man with a great heart. He over heard some issues I was dealing with and immediately helped me out with my situation without even being asked to. Not to mention the jerk chicken and Mac n cheese he served me was nothing but delicious. It’s amazing to meet people like Aneal, as true genuine and giving people are hard to come by these days. Aneal’s has my upmost respect for their service and great taste of food. Wish we had more owners of business like yours in the world. You know how to keep good business and take pride in your restaurant. Anyone who had the time to read this, please give them a shot, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Owner is very nice, been going for years, I usually get the Jerk Chicken, or on weekends, Mac Pie and BBQ Chicken. Tastes amazing, tried the pink coconut dessert (forgot the name of it..) and it was really good. Highly reccomend
