Even though there are more and more bubble tea store rn but panda milk tea here has always been one of my favourites.

I love this bubble tea place so much! There's so much variety! My only gripe is that whenever I come by in the last hour of operation on sundays (according to the sign outside) the door is locked and someone inside shoos me away.

Not the best milk tea when it comes to flavour alone, but great service. Very friendly staff!

The ice cream are really really good! Unfortunately I am alergic to almonds so i cannot eat the fish cone. My friend had it and he said it is very well made. They have alot of good flavours for the ice cream, nothing basic. The place is very clean, customer service is very good, freindly and helpful staff, a great place for a date if she likes sweeet. Highly recommend.
