We recently visited for our first seafood boil experience, and while the food was excellent, the service left much to be desired. Our first question to the server was if they had any sort of platter that had a little bit of everything in it. The menu was very difficult to understand, with no clear pricing, and the server failed to introduce it to us. He informed us that there were no mixed platters available, except for a $250 option. I tried to create my own platter, ordering several items, only to later discover a platter for under $90 that had everything we wanted. When I brought this to the server’s attention, he sarcastically apologized, said he forgot to mention it, and immediately left our table without waiting for our response. Another server intervened and eventually involved the manager, who was unprofessional and dismissive. She sided with the server, who had already left for the day, and accused us of asking for king crab, which we never did. Despite the manager's attitude, we finally got the correct order after an hour. The food was delicious, but the poor service overshadowed the experience. We likely won’t return due to the significant waste of time and energy.

Food was amazing but our server was even better. Shane served us and he was very respectful and awesome. Going to come back here again for the food and the hospitality.

Went there this past weekend. Place was clean. No waiting for a table. Waiter/waitresses were friendly and helpful. We were a table of 3 and ordered the Captain’s Boil, and paid extra for sausage - and it was alot of food. It was soo good! We got the ‘mild’ spice level and it was a bit more than we anticipated…My only small gripes were that they did not have Diet Coke (Coke Zero only) and only had 2 lobster crackers for a table of 3. Everything else was great.

As soon as we came in, we were greeted and got our table set up. Our server, A, was amazing. We enjoyed our food and everything was fresh and tasty. Although we waited on kne of the item, A was there to get it right away. She also made sure that we are enjoying our food and if everything is okay. Overall, great service and great food!

Food is amazing. The sauce is so good. Waiter took his time to explain everything about menu and gave his own recommendations. Definitely will be back for next craving of seafood boil. Highly recommended for seafood lovers.

I was there this Sunday for Father's Day with a friend. I loved that there was no waiting at the time I got there. The food was delicious and order didn't take too long. I underestimated the portions. It was a lot of food, and I ended up taking it home. My disappointment was the waitress. She was taking her sweet time for pretty much everything. From taking our order and bringing the bill. I had to ask for the bill 3 times. She always gave the impression that she forgot, and not because she was busy or anything lol. To the point that she went to help another Waitress cleaning a table while I was waiting for the bill. She finally made eye contact and came with the bill apologizing. I just wanted to leave ASAP because I was cold.

Went for father's day supper with the entire family and we had an enjoyable experience, the food was amazing and the whole experience of eating with your hands was something I wasn't expecting but it was awesome and oh yeah they give you gloves and bibs 😀 . Will definitely be coming back.

Paolo was so attentive during our whole dinner and made our experience very enjoyable. We ordered the Pirates Feast for two and it was great!

It was perfect! We are seafood lovers so it was a great place to be! Staff was attentive, explained the menu and helped us make our choices. Will visit again!
