Get neighborhood vibe. Bartender, Quin was great! Very informative about the city, Bar food was excellent. The nachos were awesome. Outdoor seating is also available. Large amount of choices on tap.

Excellent service. Funky atmosphere. Seriously talented stuff. Weird washing hands in the bathroom experience ( for water to flow = press on a pedal at the floor level of the sink) haha. Took me a while to figure out. But overall, atmosphere as you would expect. Not usual. ( can't comment on food though) but totally a fun night in Toronto. Even by yourself.

Got there around 11:45pm on a Friday night after a comedy show at Meridian. Place was pretty busy at the front as a Jays game had essentially just ended so my party and I (3 total) opted for a booth at the back. Nice and quiet. Our server, Carissa (sp? sorry!) was absolutely excellent. Extremely personable, quick and accurate service. She was great. Lucas, Robin, and Cole thank you very very much for making our evening that much more memorable!!

Good pub. Quirky interior, extensive and interesting beer list, affordable prices. Plenty of space to sit with large groups, either inside or in the beer garden out back.

Hosted my birthday in the upstairs space and couldn’t have asked for a better time! Really great pub with good selection of drinks and a cozy patio. Alex and Nigel are the best.

Betty’s is awesome. The patio feels more like an European beer garden and it’s very cool and unique. The beer selection is much better than your average pub and the food is also on point (enchiladas are delicious).

Great people, service, and chill atmosphere. I had to come back another night before I had to leave Toronto.

Staff is really nice but the establishment seems understaffed and they are always running around with little to no time to check on clients needs. We spent a good half hour trying to get the attention of our server just to ask for the bill and it’s not like she was ignoring us - we could see that she was non-stop dealing with other clients while we waited for her to notice us. They really need to hire more people - waitstaff wages are not great to begin with, don’t overwhelm them on top of that. The food was ok but expected much better for the price - they use hot dogs on pizza that is supposed to have sausages… why?! The fries are great though The drink selection is great and the ambiance is really good too. Bottom line: go there for drinks and be understanding if your server takes a long time to return to your table after each interaction - they have a lot on their plates

Nice atmosphere and good selection of craft beer on tap, there's plenty of styles here to satisfy everyone. For the location the prices were pretty cheap, bar tenders have good banter.

The other reviews are very accurate: most staff is very friendly (but not all), beer selection is pretty good, and the food is alright. Unique vibe, a variety of seating options. There is a smallish second room that could be cool for a smaller event.
