Gorgeous selection of knives, each one is a work of art. The staff are so helpful in figuring out which knife best suits your needs and are incredibly knowledgeable. Blade sharpening is done by hand onsite using wet blocks with a quick turnaround. Have been buying here for myself and gifts for family/friends over the years and they are always well received. Best selection of coffee gear in Toronto that I know of. Full line of 1ZPresso hand grinders plus Commandante and Timemore. Will let you try them so you can see and feel what it’s like before you buy. Good selection of beans not available elsewhere. Staff are warm and welcoming, and knowledgeable.

Awesome folks with awesome pieces of steel. Best place to buy a knife, sharpen a knife or look at achingly pretty knives. Also wicked selection of coffee gear, Hario drippers, Cafec filters and a good selection of grinders. Great shop.
