I am a big-time coffee love person and this was my first experience at De Mello, I tried the Dancing Goats coffee in americano and one skim milk as I am a black coffee person and I like the strong coffee taste rather than too many add ons to it. The service, the detailed guidance provided by the barista and finally the coffee was an overall good experience and would definitely visit again sometime soon as its very close to my neighbourhood at Yonge & Eg. and I am glad that this coffee shops exists :)

This is one of my favourite places to get coffee in the area. Their blueberry latte is amazing, the coffee is really good I would definitely recommend checking it out!

The coffee is pretty decent however there is not enough seatings available so be mindful of that if you are looking for place to work/study.

Worst online customer service. Ordered online. They delivered to the house which is good. However, when I grabbed the package and get inside the house to open it. the inside of the package has a lot of ants!! By the time I grab my phone to take pictures I had already killed 20+ ants. Later I sent an email to the support and online team. Their attitude makes me feel like they don’t give a F of what happened to their customer. I am not saying that the ants is came from the factory. But they should really really improve the way they communicate with customers and educate the delivery guy or even do extra protection for the package.

Saw great reviews for this place and decided to give it a try. Spent over 35 dollars for two croissants, a coffee and matcha latte. Let me tell you, their matcha latte literally tasted like just milk. I couldn’t taste the matcha at all. The coffee was mediocre and the croissants were old and stale. You might as well go to Starbucks and get better quality than this place. I had high hopes for this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Really good coffee. Some nice pastry options too. Friendly and which service. The only issue is that it can get busy and they didn't have much seating.

Really loved this spot! I came in on a whim, but I enjoyed my latte and pastry. I ordered a supreme croissant and absolutely loved it - it was filled with so much delicious melted filling. Soft though with perfectly not-so-sweet chocolate. I only regret coming in late in the day and not buying a couple more to bring home!

Lovely personable staff who happily provided recommendations and also immediately replaced my drink after I accidentally spilled it like a goomba. 10/10 service. Had the matcha latte and a blueberry latte. Matcha was solid, also nice that they offer different sweeteners at the side so you can choose your own sweetness level. The blueberry latte is great, not artificial tasting and not exceptionally strong but a nice blend of both coffee and blueberry flavours. It needs a good mixing though, otherwise you'll taste just milk initially. Some shared seating available. They also sell their coffee beans as well with some interesting tasting notes (eg Jasmine, lychee or ones with dark chocolate).

Excellent pastry. Americano had very nice crema. Service was good. Small place, not much seating Paper cups killed it for me (only paper) - if they had mugs I would come back. Covid is over folks, let's get back to mugs - J#

Really good coffee, cool atmosphere. They have interesting speciality drinks to give a go, if you’re looking for something fun to try.
