Hello Darling

Sadly I have to give this place a mediocre review because their one notable vegan option.. The chickpea scramble thing, was not very good. I guess I hadn't read the menu with enough detail because it was a bowl, with rice, and for some reason a bunch of pickled vegetables. Now I'm not sure about everyone else but even though I'm vegan it doesn't mean I was pickles and rice for breakfast. The place was cute on the inside and we got a mini muffin before we left which was cute. But becaude of their disappointing vegan option I'm afraid I won't be back.

Tldr Small menu but tasty food. And pleasant staff. Good area brunch place. Regular eating spot.

Great little brunch place with some delicious food options and easily the best pancakes I've had in the city. Those pancakes are more like buttermilk biscuits but I'm not complaining. My toddler gobbled up 3 of them in 5 minutes and asked for more. Highly recommended.

Cute brunch place with very friendly staff! Loved the pancake sandwich and the little muffin you get at the end! The menu seems to change from time to time to keep you coming back. Wish the portions were bigger for the price you pay.

The food is decent and fairly interesting, however it’s kind of salty. Also, it’s not clear whether you’re meant to seat yourself. Maybe a front of house or a sign could help with that. The servers were rather snarky when I asked where we were meant to order because we had been sitting there for 10 or more minutes without anyone coming to the table. The server responded that they were just busy in an annoyed fashion. This was the second negative experience I had here. The staff are just straight up not welcoming.

Casual breakfast/lunch fare is captial Y -yum. Great selection of teas and cute little details.

Charming brunch spot on the west side. Un-poisoned by pretentiousness, with food as good as its aesthetic. Gracie, an employee there, was so fantastic she deserves a raise. Money spent here is money well spent.

Nice, light atmosphere with really good, tasty food. Loved the cornmeal tarts they serve with their benny. Will go back for more.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon and we didn't have to wait for a table, although it was packed. Decided to order the biscuit sandwich and it was so delicious - lots of flavour contrasts going on, bread was crunchy and sweet, pickled onions added an acid touch that I loved and worked well with the cheddar, eggs were well cooked. Really yummy.
