I can’t recommend their bubble teas; I went during an off-peak time, and their bubbles were really mushy and kind of gross. The tea itself was nice enough and reasonably priced.

Came back for a second time as now there are way too many bbt shops around. (Another huge bbt chain just opened right beside it despite being overly crowded with bbt stores already on the same block) so i decided to support this little shop again despite the previous not so well experience. I would say eventhough the drinks are not the best, the fact that these girls work here everyday would make me want to support them. I guess being in the bbt business is not easy with all these competitors keep opening so close to each other.

By far the best bubble tea in the area! Bonnie and Sophie are there every time I go in and are amazing. Tapioca is nice and chewy (never hard) and they use incredibly fresh and sweet fruit. I am addicted to this place, I go every single week and they are consistently great. Whatever you fancy on their menu will be delicious, guaranteed! Prices are the best in the area and they have a stamp card that gives you your tenth bubble tea free. Can't say enough good things about this hardworking local business! Keep it up!
