I highly recommend this place. From the quality of their food, freshness and exceptional customer service. They always place a big smile on our children’s faces. The management and staff are great! Thank you for being amazing.

Was nice. But not as nice as the other Chako I visited. I think maybe Markham where you can order online and they had tastier meals and a better selection of mocktails. I felt that was limited here.

The food was average and the service was awful. Towards the end of our meal, we ordered 10 salmon sushi, but was told it was only one piece per person. This was weird especially since it was all you can eat. The order took more than 20 minutes to arrive, and we had to ask a server 3 separate times before being told that there is no more salmon left. An older man who seemed to be the manager overheard our dissatisfaction and said he'll get us some (despite being told there was no more left). I asked him if it was true if the sushi pieces were limited to one per person, and he said no. He said that the orders came in waves, but I told him our sushi orders were limited and didn't come in waves. He interrupted me and said the current problem is now fixed. Though he added a small discount to our bill, his attitude was disrespectful, and did not listen to what I had to say or apologize. Edit: I wanted to come back and remind others that there are other BETTER Chako locations. The one at Vaughan is awful - they are rude, they will rush you, and they'll limit the food you order. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

We went for the lunch special 2 adults. It took over 1.5 hours all because service. No one checked in for drinks. We constantly had to flag someone down. They didn't even bring out our whole meal. We eventually gave up and cancelled the sushi and dessert. After all that the bill was over 100. I would say a generous value would have been max 70 bux. This was a upsetting experience.

After trying out several different Korean and Japanese Bbq spots, had high expectations for this place. Unfortunately, the service was terrible for a Thursday evening. While the food is decent, we did not get to try several items as the servers kept bringing out fewer items than ordered everytime. We had spent over 15 minutes with no food and no one approaching to take our orders. Couple tables around us were also missing their items. After we were done, they collected our plates however made us wait another 15 mins before asking our dessert order, only after we hunted a server down. I would be open to trying this place again but not the same location due to the service. Lastly the mandatory 12% service fee and a request for a tip on top of that feels excessive.

I come to this restaurant every couple of weeks. Usually the service is decent today. It was horrible. I filled out my card and waited. 47 minutes to get food. Took 20 minutes, just to acknowledge my card was filled. Everything I ordered was not delivered they only delivered what they thought I wanted. Majority of the items were missing. It’s almost that it was deliberately delayed to avoid over ordering.

Great experience, took the kids out for Father's Day lunch.. 3 kids under 10 and it went smoothly. The food was great and the service was amazing

My husband and I have been coming to Chako for years. Our first date 20 years ago was at the location in richmondhill. Food service and atmosphere are great. We’re here for Father’s Day and it’s just the same. Highly recommended.
