The barista (Elizabeth) literally turned my horrible morning around with her kindness and a killer latte. A trillion stars!

Noble Coffee should be your next go to spot. The owner is hands down one of the kindest most thoughtful people running a business in the junction triangle neighbourhood. And on top of that the coffee and food is always amazing! Thank you Noble Coffee for fuelling me on the daily :)

Pretty good coffee, but very inconsistent. It depends on who’s working and making it. Same goes for the sandwiches. Sometimes they are just not worth the high price point. I also miss when they had more homemade baked goods!

Noble was my go-to local coffee shop for nearly 3 years before I moved overseas. I thoroughly enjoyed their bakery treats - especially those that are done in house as you won't find many of them elsewhere. They do also change it up now and again to keep things interesting. Liz and all of her staff are fun and down to earth and the general vibe is always pretty chill. It's an excellent spot to have a coffee with a friend, with your kid, or just do a little bit of solo quiet work.

I am giving three stars for the sandwich that i had this morning today. But not five stars because the server was so rude. The girl wearing glasses, half green hair and tattoos on arms and chubby was so rude. I asked her whats in this particular sandwich and she just pointed at the description which was not so vivid to me. Even she was loud when not serving customer. She was chatting loud with the other worker. But other worker, young girl was sweet. No basic manner. I really don’t understand why the place like this where coffee and sandwiches are good, have server like her. 😡
