Coffee in the morning and Fresh Tea the rest of the day. The place is clean, bright and quiet. A perfect place to sip, relax and dwell on your happiness. The selections are endless. You need to have decision making skills to get the right blend and flavor. For me it was hot green tea. Aah......

Amazing customer service! I love the tea options!! This place is definitely my favorite place to study! They have a very relaxing mood, and even with a great public library close by, I still prefer to chill here and study/work! While drinking great tea :)

Very nice staff. Nice seating area. Tea is wildly expensive ($16 for a bag of loose leaf). There's a mix of cold and hot teas. Lots of green tea base. There's tiny Cheesecake factory desserts available. The tea I had was a vanilla Madagascar sweetened with honey was very plain and not sweet at all. As nice as this place is, there's a ton of bubble tea shops around it that would be better.

They're serving good quality of teas, and some of their selections are different than what you usually get from other tea shops, but sadly not much to say about their customer service. When I came with my family to make some orders on Saturday Nov 09th around 08 pm, the guy at the counter who was serving us didn't put a smile nor greet us, and he didn't seem to care about his customers. It seemed that he was there just to make teas, but reluctant to serve people. I'm only giving 2 stars just because of their tea selections, but their service is the major put off and leaves a lot to be desired.

They consistently make delicious cold bubble tea. They're in a weird place in the mall so please go out of your way to try it.

A long-coming customer and bubble tea aficionado. This tea shop's quality in every is the best by far among all the bubble teas I've tried including The Alley. If you have not tried, try. You won't regret.

Love all the options, especially the decaf green tea! Staff will walk you through the customization and make recommendations. I enjoyed their taro milk tea with tapioca. It's not made with powder that most bubble tea shops use. Great service and atmosphere!

I love the selection they have. So many different flavors! Love the green tea ....green apple /lychee is my favorite! You can get it cold or hot! Both delicious! And with fruit pearls ofcourse. Staff is always friendly...the regular staff I really love because they always talk to you and make conversation. Great customer service. Clean place. It's a but pricey but very good tea.
