A staple in the neighbourhood! The food is excellent, service is great and everything is fresh and clean. Love it!

By far the best diner I’ve been to. Food is consistently delicious and cooked perfectly. All the staff I’ve encountered are super friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back anytime I’m in the area.

Boom breakfast exceeds my expectations and I love good food because I am French. But, the highlight of this cozy and comfortable place is the service. The waiters are attentive and extremely friendly. Boom breakfast will continue to be my choice number one for a delicious breakfast experience.

The food is alright, and the service is good. However, the prices are quite high for the quality, even by downtown/midtown standards. Overall, I'd rate it 3.5 out of 5.

Definitely my new favourite local place for breakfast on Saturday’s. Service was great. Bit of a wait but completely understandable for a weekend.

Busy for breakfast 🍳🥞which is just a sign of how good the food is. Great staff. Had an awesome omelette. May have to wait for a seat. When you leave you have to pay at the front and there could be a line as there is only one cash. Not a huge deal but I mean.. ⬜

Boom is a charming place with very tasty food. An environment for those who want to meet up with friends, have breakfast with others or alone. The restaurant is next to Eglinton Park and has close access to the bus terminal and metro station, as well as an easy stop for taxis and other transport. The place does not have adequate accessibility for customers using wheelchairs or walkers, as there is no space for tables for chairs or space for walkers. Additionally, the lower hall has. a small staircase for access and access to the toilets is also provided by stairs, in addition to the absence of adapted toilets. For those with children, they have some highchairs for feeding. It is important to emphasize that it is not about arriving and entering. You need to wait a few moments for the tables to be organized and for the person in charge to come and guide you. For spring and summer days, they have a deck outside. Friendly and quick service at the table, and food is usually served very quickly! Tasty food, well presented and wonderful coffee. It's very worth knowing.

This is a spot my daughter and I go for brunch now and then, but I am not sure I want to come back. We went today for lunch at 1 pm and we got a table right away. The place was not as busy as other weekends but still the food took a long time to arrive… more then half an hour and after I signalled out our waitress. When I paid for the food and was asked how was my meal, I told the lady at the cash counter that it was ok but slow and she just said: oh, is normal with the Sunday rush. I feel they are using the same line, no matter if they are busy or not, no apology.

The short gray hair white lady who serves during Saturday mornings is rude and aggresive as hell. We waited for food for close to 30 minutes, and the restaurant was not even packed. I nicely asked her if the food is coming soon, and she was so aggresively saying "well it's weekend and it's busy" with the attitude look. Too bad other staffs were nice but this lady is super mean and now I am not going back or recommend because of her.
