Eva's Original Chimneys

I remember how extremely busy this place used to be. It is now extremely dirty. It just looks like management doesn't care about anything, looks dirty and unorganized behind the counter. I always get the vegan option and they used to place a strawberry on the bottom of it and now they place a vegan marshmallow. A friend of mine got the non vegan version and he also got a marshmallow and before they used to put a chocolate on the bottom of the cone. Set to see her run down the store has gotten. It just seems like they won't be around much longer. Sad.

Stumbled on this amazing eatery last week and it was such a great find. I realize they've been around forever but I say stumble because I'm from out of town and was literally just walking the block looking for something vegan and google wasn't very helpful. I have no idea how Google didn't show me this spot and I'm glad I kept walking and not settling on A & W. We tried a few things and everything was great!! We got the Mac n cheese, jerk burger, pulled jackfruit tacos and ended it with the (vegan) Reese peanut butter vanilla soft serve in the chimney cone. The only thing I'd do differently would be to ask for less sauce on the jerk burger as it was a bit messy to eat but gheeze! It was great!

The ice cream was great the cones were made well and the toppings and everything were fresh and delicious. Service was good but it is super slow probably took 15 min and there was only 1 couple in front of us.

Absolutely delicious ice cream! This was a great experience, service was great, prices didn't feel too steep for what we got and this was one of the best treats I ever had! 10/10 recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth!

Messy, overpriced and flavourless. I was handed a melting bland vanilla ice cream drenched in chocolate on a burned cone. Not sure what the hype is about. The space is also filthy. Go to La Diperie for better quality, service and a cleaner space.

Vegan place with really good soft serve chimney cone ice cream !! I got their limited edition ube chimney cone and it was so good, I honestly wish it wasn't limited edition. Would definitely come here again.

I’ve been wanting to try here for the longest time and finally got the chance to.a few weeks ago. We ordered two The O.G.’s and it was tasty for the most part but if I do decide to get it done again I would get the cone and the ice cream separate. The cone got hard and cold really quickly and it is also really messy. The service was great. The place is a bit small but still a nice atmosphere overall.

I really enjoyed the Ube Crème Brûlée Cone, it was an absolute delight! The rich, purple ube ice cream was incredibly smooth and had a wonderful, unique flavor that paired perfectly with the caramelized sugar on top. The cone was crispy but also added the perfect texture to each bite. I will definitely be coming back.

I had high expectations for this chimney cake after trying ones in Europe. This is no where near to authentic chimney cakes filled 50% with fresh strawberries, coated with melted chocolate and topped with light ice cream. This one had one half of a strawberry piece on top and a marshmallow at the bottom and entirely filled with ice cream! I am shocked with how a delicious and fresh chimney cake is converted into sugar junk!

They make their own cones but not like any I’ve ever had…kind of like puff pastry. Amazing! A little pricey but worth it. Highly recommend.
