I ordered a Spinach Walnut salad with Ritual. It was the worst salad I ever had in my life! Soggy, chicken was breaded - I throw the most of it to the garbage. Really a huge waste of 15 dollars.

Fresh ingredients, vegan friendly, and awesome service.

Great service and fast. The salads are really tasty but they loose a star simply because of the price. More a treat than a regular lunch spot for me.

Great place! You guys need to branch out to the east end or near the financial district. I say this half selfishly so that it's closer to me and I can visit more often.

I have tried many salad bars and they are almost all the same but not Baro. I felt like Baro was a much different experience and what differentiates it is the preparation, it was a treat to watch. The menu is rich and very reasonably priced compared to joints like IQ and Freshi (which tastes like lettuce soaked in dressing). I thought that the salad was not big enough but it is deceiving because of the way it is prepared, I was stuffed by the end. Awesome experience good food definitely recommend.

Toronto's best kept secret (...until now). Chill vibe and delicious salads. Nice to know there are healthy options when 3pm cravings hit or lunch hours roles around.

Finally! I've been hunting for this type of salad experience in Toronto for a while. It's not just lunch/dinner, it's an experience. The portions are huge, everything is super fresh and watching the chop/prep process is super cool. I highly recommend the "Mississippi Flyer" if you're real hungry.
