Service was good. The scallops were the best item on the menu - otherwise underwhelming.

Excellent service! I held my spouse’s milestone birthday here at The Loft. Alana Shields (event/hospitality coordinator) was exceptional at prepping event and communicating with me. Zack was excellent on the evening and totally in command of the employees. He frequently checked in with updates. The food was phenomenal... the guests were all happy including vegan and vegetarian guests. There was a small army of professional servers and bar tenders to attend to the guests. There are 5 washrooms in the hall, and there is an elevator with wheelchair accessibility. Overall this is a wonderful event space. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much!! It made for a memorable evening.

Server and atmosphere was great. Paid $300 for the big board and the lamb was good, steak was tough, chicken was raw. Was sick for the rest of the evening with my party of 5

We celebrated my partner’s birthday here and saying we had an exceptional experience is an understatement! We were a huge group of 9 ppl…The customer service was outstanding Sara was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The food was simply delicious, with each dish perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. From the first email I sent out requesting for a reservation until we walked out the door, it was a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommended! Thank you Baro:)

This place was something special. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. The only drawback is that they limit you to stay for 1.5 hours only.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Baro. The service was horrendous, and the food was far from tasty. There were four of us in our group, and they brought the food out one by one with 10-15 minutes between each dish. By the time I was eating, the rest of the table had to watch me, and the last meal arrived 40 minutes after I had finished mine. It was incredibly awkward and ruined the entire dining experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Nice atmosphere, simple food menu. It's great to grab drinks, and the rooftop is a vibe.

Came here yesterday with a friend and it was honestly so disappointing. The drink was 30 dollars ( the coconut with passion fruit and rum) and I disliked it so much I needed something else. Thankfully the waitress suggested a wine that was a lot more palatable. Other than our waitress helping us in that aspect, the service was also disappointing. Came upstairs to the hostess completely ignoring us for the first few minutes continuing their conversation before finally diverting their attention to us. The food was bland, boring and unappetizing. Mediocre 20$ guac and salsa, and the 40$ half chicken was PINK inside whilst also having a heavy char on the outside which was really confusing to us. The avocado rice had a good flavour, although the rice was clumped together. Undercooked and left alone to stick together, served on a plate. Let alone the dish had what appeared to be a half gallon of oil poured on top. Lastly- our cherry on top was the delightful little rocks flying from the neighboring construction into our food, mouth and hitting our backs. Do yourselves a favour and don't bother coming here to spend over 100$ on an experience you'd be better without.

Overall experience for our brunch was good! Saw it on titkok- didn’t disappoint. Would love to come back for their brunch menu again! I love their glassware lol I wonder where they got it

The food was excellent! Every bite was amazing. (eye roll back moments) The only downside from this visit is where they had sat us, when we were told we'd get the a bar seat little did we think it was right in front of the kitchen bar, the heat coming off the kitchen was unbearable at times where I needed to go outside to cool off Our server was sweet and professional but we had to ask her 4 times for my bf's drink. Other than that she was knowledgeable and courteous, she surprised me with a birthday cupcake and a complimentary drink. We will definitely go back, but maybe enjoy the rooftop next time.
