. The food was good . The service was amazing. We were never rushed or left unattended looking for something. We have been here before , but Kristen G made this a amazing experience.

Shout out to our server Harry who is top notch in five-star service and attention to the small details. He gave great recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed our steaks, the lobster bisque was delicious and the epic, not-to-be-missed Billy Miner Pie!!! Great location and ambience.

This is one of my “go to” restaurants in Toronto. The steaks are delicious, as are the mashed potatoes. The crab cakes are a great way to start your meal. There are 2 small crab cakes, so if you’re watching your diet, you can eat one and share the other.

I recently had dinner at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar on York Street in Toronto. Having enjoyed The Keg in several locations, I was pleased to find that the food quality remains consistently excellent. Each dish was cooked to perfection, maintaining the high standards I’ve come to expect from The Keg. The staff were attentive, frequently checking in to ensure we were comfortable. However, I did notice that our server used her hands to clean the table, which made us feel a bit uneasy. Despite this minor issue, we still had an enjoyable dinner overall. The Keg continues to deliver a satisfying dining experience with great food and generally good service.

Poor kitchen. The steak was overcooked (baseball was medium instead of rare). There also were just a few sprouts and carrots as a veggie side instead of the usual mushrooms, beets, and so on. Overall, there was an atmosphere of a hurry and an overloaded cook. The Keg in Ottawa is a big difference.

I recently had a wonderful date night at Keg Steakhouse in Toronto, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our server, Kate, was incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the evening. She frequently checked in on us, refilled our glasses promptly, and even surprised us with a complimentary cake because it was a special date. Kate is undoubtedly one of the nicest and most considerate waitresses we've ever had. The food was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the New York Striploin steak, which was cooked to perfection, and the twice-baked potato is a must-try—it was delicious! The overall ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a romantic evening. Additionally, the manager was very welcoming and added to the pleasant atmosphere of the night. I highly recommend Keg Steakhouse for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience in Toronto. We'll definitely be returning!

Service was out of this world. I wish I could remember her name. She was so good we ended up going 2 nights in a row because we knew she was working. Drinks were great, food was fabulous. And it's affordable. The heated patio was a total vibe.

I visited this location on Fri, Nov 3rd, 2023 for dinner and celebratory drinks with my Mum and partner. We had Brittany (sp?) who was an absolute DOLL! Brittany had asked if we were celebrating anything and was visibly moved by my partner lavishing praise on me for a recent job change. I had no idea that would mean the largest slice of cake that I have ever seen in my life. She was attentive, efficient and made us feel like we were family! We even hugged before we left, lol. I didn't get the General Manager's name who was working that evening and took the time to explain to my Mum the calorie difference between the baked potato and the twice baked potato. Spoiler: it's the olive oil. There were times when someone other than Brittany would drop off food or clear our table, including the GM, and everyone couldn't have been more pleasant. The food was divine, the drinks delicious and the ambiance perfect. Thank you to everyone working that evening, especially the kitchen, for making that night one that I won't soon forget and I look forward to visiting again soon.

I went for a social gathering. I ordered a Cesar salad to go as I had a very limited window. I will acknowledge that it is not their specialty, but the salad was surprisingly bland. No cutlery was provided. I asked for the bill right away when I sat down. The bill took 20 minutes to arrive. The restaurant was maybe 20% full. Not a good experience.

First visit to Toronto. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary. Wonderful food and we truly felt special.
