I just want to point out how special McEwan TD is and the staff that work there. They try their very best to make this a positive experience for every client that pass through, and of course there will be some one-off situations that make you leave a “bad review.” Whenever I’ve had a “problem” I look for the store manager, explain my concerns, and they address my problem with grace and kindness. If you are reviewing this wonderful location because of “high food prices” please remember there is the option to make food at home. Quality food has a price. I believe the prices are fair for the wide assortment they provide.

The food here is extremely expensive and extremely disappointing for the price point. I would just like to shout out the customer service staff who are always super nice and extremely helpful. They are always making sure you were served quickly, which is greatly appreciated. Given that people in the area are grabbing a quick lunch and trying to get back to work. However, I’ve been disappointed by food and have often been served really poor quality. There have been times where I’ve just tossed it. here’s a photo of a chicken sandwich that I got it was super old and dry. I can’t believe they served it and charged what they charged for it. You can’t even tell that it’s chicken - look at the colour and the texture. McEw. Also, I’m not a fan of the taste of coffee. I tend to only come by here when I’m in a rush and then the lunch is super disappointing.

Overly priced. Ridiculously priced. Muffins extremely dry and tasteless. Pastries are tasteless. Coffee is horrible. Save your money and go to Tim Hortons.

Busy but fast in the mornings. Great selection of hot breakfast options and grab to go premade food.

Came with my coworker And the female receptionist tried to steal designer sunglasses from my coworker. It was just an uncomfortable experience won’t be back again. The customer service is nonexistent Haven’t had any of the food so I’m not sure, but there’s other food places in the path that’s good

Just wanted to give a shout out to this location for its wonderful customer service! I have always enjoyed my visits in between jobs and on break and my belly always leaves full. I love the whole cafe team, but Josh in particular, always makes sure my latte is on point and my ice tea comes nice and chilled. I am grateful for the extra care he takes to ensure my drink is always perfect and i have a snack to go with it. Thanks everyone for always making my days better, especially the long ones. I am very grateful.

Easy to reach Close to Union station

I became very sick & threw up 🙃 from the egg & tuna small packaged sandwiches, which cost over $15Can dollars. Otherwise it's really a great place to shop. Never experienced such a bad night. I will still shop at McEwan TD.

Good store. Nice food.

Sorry ever other coffee place down town but McEwan is always my go to for all things caffeinated. Smooth and friendly service are central perks as well.
