20 minute after sit down to be served. Then told us going to be a 40min wait time for food because only 1 chef. (The whole restaurant had 3 tables occupied.) Tips automatically added. Fish taste nasty. Never again.

The food quality is excellent! But the most impressive thing is the servants are very friendly and responsible, they won’t shirk responsibilities from the criticism and keep improving their foods and others. They have attracted me to invite my friends to visit there again, and did more better!

There are food safety issues! I used to love this restaurant. Ordered three dishes today. The last dish (on the pic) smelled like rotten when it was served. We were immediately disgusted and could not continue eating. After we spoke to the waitress, she stated that she could only refund this one dish and there was no other solution. During conversations, the waitresses seemed impatient, interrupting, and avoiding problems by suddenly walking off somewhere else. After the waitress talked to the owner, they refused to offer any more solution! Would not recommend anyone to come!!!!

come in Sunday night, only 1 waitress. I know I gonna wait for a bit, however after waiting for 1 hour, not a single dish comes out. Check with waitress, she said she forget to place the order. Whatever the manager or restaurant owner needs to have better staff training and scheduling.

The food is delicious, and I go there almost every week. However, I have to say there's room for improvement in the way they pack takeout. This issue has occurred not just once or twice, but repeatedly, affecting both my experience and that of my friends. Whether it's delivery or takeout from the restaurant、Perhaps placing rectangular containers at the bottom and circular ones on top could be a better solution?

Pretty decent Hunan style restaurant 湘菜馆 in the Sauga area, without needing to go to the busy golden square plaza. Dishes are fairly priced with good portions, orders above $50 get choice of free bubbletea or 口水鸡 chicken appetizer.

Took more than 2 hours to make one single dish that tasted extremely bad. 25$ for one dish that half was bones. Please dont eat here or order here from uber eat unless you want be disappointed.

very comfortable environment, great food and compatible price. I visit this restaurant twice a month for years. by the way you can order bubble tea next door and serve you to your table.

Do not eat in the store. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly slow, and to make matters worse, they only accepted cash. When I approached the counter to place my order, two girls were engrossed in their conversation and completely ignored me. It's unfortunate that the staff seemed more interested in chatting than in attending to customers. I won't be returning anytime soon.

UPDATE-4 of us went to eat and 3 people had food poisoning, currently in the hospital. One of us is vegan so she’s fine. WORST service ever, I used to work in bubble tea shop and thought here it’s a nice place too. But the service here is now so bad, the server doesn’t even want to offer us water when we purchase for hundreds. The phone number they leave on google map is NOT correct, and they blame customer didn’t contact them first. If you cannot pick up and answer the phone, then don’t leave that phone number, or simply mark your last call time instead of closing time. This store was good, I would say. The food was taste good( update: the food is NOT SAFE), and hopefully the service can keep up with the quality.

Worst experience ever. We ordered the hot pot fish. It took forever to come out. When we checked on the status, the waitress was so impatient and gave us craps. It made us feel that we troubled her so much by eating there. Defitinately never seen a service like this before. The overall quality of food and service go downhill here. The food was also a disappointment. Very salty. Not pleased at all.

Food is tasty and service is great! I have been here for so many times. To me, it is always my first option. 😊

When it's good, it's amazing. But they're a bit inconsistent... not sure why. (for ex. We get the cumin beef with peppers and sometimes it's too salty, or too saucy, but when it's just right--WOW, delicious!!) Sometimes the food comes out really slow and in a weird order, like we will get all our main dishes but rice comes out last. Bathroom is sometimes really dirty, sometimes it's okay. Like i said, it's hit or miss. Which is too bad, because they would be my favourite restaurant (food wise) if it was a bit more consistent.
