Sign on their door says they have closed for good. My husband and I are devastated!! This was our go-to sushi place. We ate here weekly. The food was amazing and always made with love. We will never forget you, Wow Sushi! 💗💗

Tucked just away from Yonge St. near Bloor, this sushi restaurant delivers food at a price point that's hard to argue considering the area. Servers and staff are very friendly and food comes out altogether very quickly. For those not feeling like fish, the katsudon is a perfect option. Tender pieces of katsu are combined perfectly with egg and savoury broth and topped over a bed of short grain rice. Be sure to check this place out sometime! A short walk off Yonge yields delicious results.

The sushi was well priced, fresh and well made. The veggies with Katsu was good and the katsu itself was great but the sauce was generic. Overall, a great experience and will definitely come back

Had a very pleasant lunch there. I highly recommend the scallop appetizer and the salmon avocado tartar appetizer. Very nice flavours! The sushi is also very tasty.

I absolutely love their sushi and rolls! One week we came to this place 3 times in a row. Our regular go to items: Dynamite, California, Japan Go, Dragon, Fried dumplings and miso soup. We love everything!

Can't believe this place is still open after five years, and reading all the positive reviews makes me cringe to the absolute extreme. Whoever thinks this place is half decent should shell out some real money for some real sushi, not American knockoffs, and definitely not this place. Absolutely hilarious.

A surprisingly good Japanese restaurant. Sashimi is very fresh. The charcoal-grilled teriyaki is delicious. Their Japanese chef has done a very nice job in the food preparation. You could tell he did it with his heart. Once you had it, you could tell the difference from others. Feel like a cozy home-style Japanese restaurant. Service is excellent. The setting is not crowded which is perfect for dating. And the price is very reasonable.

The sushi was so good I forgot to take pics 😭 Last I came here 8 years ago and I remembered loving it. Well, I’m happy to report the sushi is still amazing. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food is fresh and fast. My favourite of the evening was Japango for sure. I tried their dynamite roll and St. Louis roll as well. I’m so, so happy I rediscovered this little joint.

Don’t even know where to begin - I was the only customer in there. That should have clued me in. I ordered a soft shell crab as an appetizer and a plate of assorted sashimi. After my miso soup, the sashimi arrived. I thought they had forgotten the appetizer but the waiter dropped the sashimi plate on the table and off he went. The sashimi was disappointing. It looked like they had tried to thaw the fish in the microwave before cutting it. The edges were cooked. A few minutes after the sashimi arrived, my appetizer arrived without a word of apology that it was after the main. However upon looking at what lay before me, I understand why it was dropped off in a hurry. It was unrecognizable. There was a huge overabundance of breading that was overcooked in the deep fryer resulting in something that resembled fried chicken that had been leftover and recooked. It was as hard as rock and had no flavour whatsoever. This saddens me as soft shell crab gently coated and cooked is one of my favourites. All in, all a most disappointing experience. Don’t bother with this place there are much better sushi restaurants within a short walking distance.

The rolls are unique. They have different ingredients and sauces put together. Nigiri sushi have different toppings and preparations than other places. Great value too, will be coming back
