Placed a delivery order almost a month in advanced for one of the cheesecakes at the 147 Dundas W location. The cheesecake NEVER ARRIVED on the day it was to be delivered, I tried calling the number left on the website, I emailed the store a couple of times, ZERO RESPONSE. A very unprofessional and a very poor way to run a buisness for its customers. This Tsujiri location STOLE MY MONEY. I dont know if all of its locations are like that but I recommend NOT GOING to the 147 Dundas St W location.

I was worried the matcha would be too bitter but i got a regular matcha latte and it was amazing! Not too sweet but also not bitter. Also tasted like high quality matcha

Great matcha ice cream but there was a lot going on with this one. Too many ingredients and the syrup was really sweet. This wasn’t a great experience for the price paid but I would still go again next time and try just the matcha ice cream or drink. Plain ones with nothing fancy added to them.

Very rude staff, visited the store around 7:30 pm on Monday. My drink was ready and they called me. I was looking at my phone while waiting and late for 5 seconds. The staff was giggling loud and pointing finger with another staff. What’s so funny? How about learning some manner before working at retail jobs?

This is the best matcha soft serve. The matcha taste is strong and the amount of sugar is just PERFECT and it's not too sweet. It's a refreshing dessert and you won't feel like you ate something sickly. I get the plain soft serve in a cone usually, and that always hits the spot (around 7-8$). Today I tried the Shiratama Parfait (11$), and it was also not too sweet and I found it refreshing. It has a lot of red bean and chewy balls, so do not get this parfait if you do not like red bean. Also, Dango is only $5.00! Matcha lovers MUST come here. There's lots of matcha drinks that look so good and I can't wait to try them! The workers here are also EXTREMELY happy and smiley- they make my day every time.

They had a wide selection of drinks and desserts with high quality matcha. The hojicha was also great! The soft serve has a strong matcha taste and the workers were super sweet.

The matcha here tastes different than anywhere else! I got the Shiratama parfait and it was delicious with jelly and red bean paste underneath the matcha soft serve.

Ice cream was very middle of the pack. Not great, not bad. Got the mixed and it's half on the bottom and half on the top, rather than mixed spirals like other ice cream cones.

Very disappointed experience today. The parfait recipe is changed with jelly right now. This makes the whole parfait very watery. With minutes the parfait became matcha sugar water with broken pieces of jelly. The black sesame latte was also a disappointment. Tasted very bland and didn't have matcha or black sesame flavour. Definitely can't consider a ceremonial grade matcha. I used to both this brand and now I'm extremely sad.
