Ankita was really patient and accommodating on answering my questions and getting our orders. She was always smiling and friendly. Pleasant experience having our lunch here.

This Mary Brown is a one of the best MB in Toronto. Ankita was very nice and the food was great. Clean place and parking and accessible too.

So, I feel the need given this keeps happening and it's getting frustrating. The big Mary sandwich, normally a great chicken sandwich, is literally smaller every time I visit here. The employees are all quite nice so I don't believe this to be a service issue, I think this is shrinkflation. If you can't do the Big Mary at 5$ without sacrifing the quality then raise it to 6$. There's nothing worse than being told you're getting a deal only to discover the quality is not in fact there.

Not bad. Nothing spectacular about this fast food chain. You will find private eateries and takeout a much better chicken. 2024-07 I picked up a batter box of 6pc chicken, the chicken is still nothing of a special entry so does the gravy. The hand cut in store potatoes were cut terribly like what’s wrong with using those manual machines and that way it would come more uniform, there were about 7 person on duty during this time and this particular place wasn’t so busy all the times even lunch so there shouldn’t be a reason why you couldn’t make a more acceptable potato cuts. We’ve visited this particular MB few times between this edit and my first review and I think I’ve given you enough tries to ever come back again and spend a buck.

The place is fantastic. The food, service and atmosphere is great. However you can’t have a great restaurant without great people. In saying that Ankita is the simply the best. She has the greatest smile and her personality and helpfulness are the best.

Friday night, The store was busy and The girl in the front was super sweet with all the customers and handled the chaotic situation . i think her name was Smriti . Super sweet girl. The store is clean and organized too.

Mary's Brown offers not just a meal, but a dining experience that leaves you looking forward to your next visit. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication and hard work. Highly recommended!

First time here, so don’t know what to expect. Got a little confused by the menu. Staff Ankite is very helpful to help through the ordering process and the menu selection. Would come back for visit.
