I have to say this restaurant really went above and beyond. Just as we were finishing our meal, someone from our group had a medical emergency and because we are near Toronto we waited close to an hour for an ambulance which never came. The waiter was so helpful, he helped us bring her out to the car and was so kind. The general manager stayed with us, Fanning her the whole time and bringing us bags. Not to mention how good the food and service was to begin with. We are so appreciative to all the staff here!

This was our first time at Red Lobster. The staff was amazing! So enthusiastic and friendly. My youngest daughter asked if we could stay forever because she liked our server Stephanie so much! My husband and I ordered the endless shrimp and tried them all. They were delicious. Our faves were the Thai chili and the garlic. Even the pasta was good and I normally don’t like pasta from restaurants. My 7yo ordered the popcorn shrimp and she liked them. It was more than enough for her. My 11yo was looking for crab legs which is why we came here in the first place. She was very happy with her order. It was 1lb of steamed Bairdi crab legs. Very happy and affordable too. She didn’t like the butter sauce it came with but she liked it plain, with lemon and dipped in our garlic sauce from the shrimp. We also received an endless basket of cheddar bay biscuits that were streaming hot and fresh and sooo good! Very happy with our visit. We were already planning our next one before we left the table! And telling all our friends and family about it. Thank you and see you soon!

Came here for lunch with my sisters and our server Rebbeca was AMAZING honestly she made the experience 5 times better, she gave great drink suggestions, brought out the food in a timely manner and made sure to check on us every so often while keeping us entertained. Food was great really enjoyed my crab legs and endless shrimp side note the margaritas board was great and only for 15.99 (I think)

Was very nice at Red Lobster!! We were served by Blais (hopefully I spelt her name right!). She gave the 5 of us excellent service and answered any questions we had. She reassured us that the food was coming when it sometimes took a while, such as the freshly baked Garlic Biscuits. She was very friendly and sweet. The food was great! A shame there wasn't more on the menu for people who didn't eat seafood BUT it is a seafood restaurant so its understandable. We went on Monday where they had the unlimited shrimp and the grilled shrimp and coconut shrimp was divine!! I also had the lobster lovers duo I think and it was soo nice! But the butter wasn't really flavourful and the lobster wasn't as fresh as I expected it to be but still very nice!!! The chips were a little bit salty though. However, the cocktails were also very delicious!! Especially the Sangria! Coming from England, it was definitely nice experiencing Red Lobster! Especially as I'm not sure how long it will be around for.

Came here for crabfest and it did not disappoint! Snow crab legs very good in just melted butter. Crispy fried potatoes not so good and just filler, they should offer rice or sautéed veggies underneath, or nothing and charge less per plate. Side of baked potato very good and fluffy. It’s not cheap, chain restaurant type of meal but you know that when you come here. Biscuits very good. Refillable drink also good offer. With four of us for dinner it was an average $50/person with tax and tip, and one beer, one appetizer to share and no dessert. I’d come back again when my craving for crab comes back! (Uh oh, I still crave!)

We had been to this location a few times and never had any issues. We love Red Lobster! Unfortunately this time was so disappointing. Our server tonight was the same as our last visit. He wasn’t great then, but we chalked it up to it being busy. Tonight however we arrived at 4pm and things were exactly the same even with a mostly empty restaurant. We saw our server 4 times total - when he took our drink order, brought our drinks, brought our food, and then our bill. He never checked in, never offered refills, never brought more biscuits (after only bringing us 3 to start? For a table of 2?) Our food took 35 minutes to arrive and he never came to check on us the entire time. My salmon was very dry and both of our plates were very hot as if they’d been sitting under a lamp for a while. We asked for more biscuits when we got our food, and they arrived only after we asked again, when we got our bill. Nothing like a biscuit for the car ride home! Even if it’s busy, check in. It takes 5 seconds to say sorry folks, your food will be out shortly, or to pop in and ask how everything is tasting. Very disappointed!

We arrived at Red Lobster at 9 o'clock because of traffic chaos. The restaurant closes at 10. They welcomed in and were given exceptional service with no pressure to do anything but enjoy our meal. At 10 minutes to 10 we asked if we could order dessert and they brought it to us right away. The food and dessert was perfect and when we left 15 minutes after closing time, They thanked us with smiles on their faces. Awesome.

Absolutely wonderful experience and super delicious food. Our server was professional but very kind as well. Had an awesome dinner, will for sure come back and more frequently.

I came in around 5pm on Monday for the endless shrimp. Honestly the biscuits are not as great as I remembered from 5-6 years ago when I last went to a red lobster, but they were hot and fresh. The shrimp tasted odd...almost a touch mealy on the surface--most noticeable on the non-breaded shrimp . Oddly this got better as we kept ordering the shrimp or as it got busier? Makes me wonder if the shrimp were sitting out under a heat lamp for a while. Now the service. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Rebecca W. This server is what I wish every server could be. Super friendly, fast, and quick witted to boot. I've paid much more for a meal for much worse service. I took a moment to see how the other sections were being served, and honestly I thought everyone was very good. Rebecca is something else though. If the food has been better I would say this was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long while.

My review is based on my most recent visit, as I’ve been to the location a hand full Of times. The service is always a hit or a miss, however the staff are always friendly. What you can count on though is the good food. Any issues that we had were instantly rectified which is great. Sadly we had to ask for more bread, we had to ask for more refills- also staff rarely came to check on us which meant we had to wait a while before we could ask for anything. On a good service day, the waiter is usually a few steps ahead of us bringing more bread before the last one is finished, and will ask if we need a refill when our glasses are 1/4 finished. We had dinner @ 6pm … by the end of our meal, I went to the bathroom to wash up and change my toddler. - of the 4-5 stalls that are available, all of them were unusable. 4 ladies waited for 1 stall that’s how bad the bathrooms were. This is really bad considering you’re at peak dinner time, it’s not even an end of day excuse.
