First time came to this restaurant but will prob be the last as well. The food is very very salty and not as fresh. Cooking performance wise , it’s entertaining, but very short ~ It’s pricey for what you get for sure.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great! We've gone to other locations years ago that weren't very good, so we were very excited to have a good experience here. We had the double meat (chicken & steak) Teppanyaki, Miso Soup, Ginger Salad, Veggie Fried Rice upgrade, and a side order of Noodles. All great portions & delicious flavors.

Our family goes to hibachi four or five times a year spending over $400 every time. This June we attended twice for birthdays, both times this month, I was disappointed with the quality and quantity of food. Our vegetables, last night consisted of onions, cabbage, and carrots, they tasted terrible and looked less appealing. Previous times the vegetables consisted of onions, zucchini, broccoli, and carrots. Today I called the Burlington location to speak to a manager rather than writing a review. To me, the manager didn’t seem too concerned with losing $2000 a year. Time to find a new place to celebrate birthdays.

Totally disappointed by the Teppanyaki set. The chef was in a hurry to finish cooking and leave. He didn't put up a show and no entertainment. People go there for an experience but you get none when you visit. The food was average. Totally disappointing!

This is not a good Hibachi location. I have a very bad experience and will never to go back at Burlington location. They served meagre servings compared to the other guest who given more scallops. We feel very excluded by staff. They never checked our group whereas the other group of caucasians were treated well. The cook was boring. That’s the whole point of going to Hibachi. He just cooked and served and left. At the end, i am forced to give a $26 dollar server tip that they don’t deserved.Plus failed to provide receipt. We just left so disappointed. I will refund my other purchases and will never recommend to friends and family.

I was really excited for our dinner reservation, but was thoroughly disappointed with the service. I had been to Hibachi before, but the rest of the group I was with for a birthday celebration had never been. The appetizer my partner (whose birthday it was) and I ordered never came until our main teppanyaki came. Our vegetables were served to us and they forgot our rice which didn't come until we were basically finished our meals. On top of everything, I had a special discount offer, and notified the manager, who told the server. I explained where I was sitting, but when the bill came, I didn't receive the discount. I was told after, that the wrong server was notified and so the discount went to another table. I took my partner there for his birthday and was really upset by the service we received. I was pretty embarrassed to bring a whole group there when I highly recommended it, and it ended up being a disappointment.

Came here with the whole family for a celebration. 15 min wait time for a table around 5pm no reservation. Friendly chefs and service was fast. Great food & entertainment.

Went to celebrate a birthday. Poor service. Bland food. Long wait to be seated with reservation. No top up of drinks. Small portions. Felt rushed.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was very poor, and the staff seemed rushed and inattentive. To make matters worse, the food was undercooked and not enjoyable at all. I do not recommend dining here.

We visited this location for our cousin’s birthday. The staff including Fernando and Hasnat were wonderful and provided excellent service. We’ll surely come to this location again ❤️ Thank you for the best memory ☺️
