KASA MOTO

Went for the first time and honestly the food was amazing but the service was the worst. You would get better customer service at a fast food joint where they don’t expect a tip then here. The wait staff is poorly trained and very poorly educated on the menu where they aren’t much help just agreeing to whatever is said. Props to the cooks because the food tasted amazing but poor wait staff ruins the experience from the miserable hostess to miserable and possibly high wait staff where they seem completely out of it. I hope wait staff get trained properly in the future because as good as the food is the miserable high wait staff isn’t worth returning better to take out maybe. The stars are for the food and cooks delicious and good presentation.

I recently dined at Kasa moto and it was an exceptional experience. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Wagyu Fried Rice. Each bite was a delightful blend of rich flavors and perfect textures. The quality of the wagyu really shone through, making it a standout dish. The Chicken Karaage was another favorite. It was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. It's clear that a lot of care goes into preparing each dish. Even the Broccolini was a pleasant surprise. It was cooked to perfection, retaining a nice crunch while being well-seasoned. It's not often that vegetables leave such an impression, but this one certainly did. The wagyu steak was also exceptionally good but not my favourite. Overall, the food was incredible, and the dining experience was top-notch.

Horrible Experience at Kasa Moto – Never Coming Back I had the most dreadful experience at Kasa Moto. We had a reservation for 10:30 PM but ended up waiting for over an hour without any communication or apology from the staff. Even as tables became available, we were completely ignored. When we were finally seated, things went from bad to worse. A waitress came over and started yelling in our faces without any provocation. Then, someone who claimed to be the manager came over and yelled at us even more aggressively before forcing us to leave. We were incredibly excited to dine at Kasa Moto, but this experience has completely ruined any positive expectations we had. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and hostile. I will never return to this place and will strongly advise all my friends and family to avoid it at all costs. Save yourself the nightmare and choose another restaurant.

This place was a huge disappointment. Food is overpriced for the quality you are getting. Sushi was clearly premade and quality of fish was way lower than what you would expect for a place like this. Not to mention the service is worst then you would get at an average restaurant.

We go here during celebrations, food is consistently amazing and the staff go out of their way to make the experience worthwhile. Highly recommend the fried rice and anything with Tataki

This restaurant is amazing. The atmosphere is lovely, The environment is safe, comfortable, and entertaining. The food is great. The service staff are professional and courteous. The roof top gives you a unique experience like no other.

Service was lovely, atmosphere was nice, and food was fine. Good but didn’t think it was worth the prices they were charging. We ordered a variety of dishes to share between the table. Some of the dishes all kind of had the same sweet soy sauce taste and overall I found the dishes didn’t offer much complexity in flavour. Felt like it was the same flavour profile repeated. In terms of sushi/maki, the Kasa Moto roll was recommended by the server and torched salmon, and they were very good but nothing exceptional. Would I come back? If someone else was paying.

We were in town for the weekend and saw Kasa Moto on TikTok. It was very pretty and the had bottomless brunch. Once we got there we decided we didn’t want bottomless brunch food. We wanted all the other dishes not on that menu and we were still able to do bottomless mimosas. Our server was amazing, we told her she was the best server we’ve ever had. Food was delicious, I wish we had Kasa Moto in Nashville.

Very cool place with great vibe. Food and service were really good!!

The Upper Deck is lovely and service was super friendly. Recommend making a reservation if cannot go by 5pm.
