Burger Shack

First time trying this place, a classic old school vibe, I was feeling like I'm in a Netflix burger store 😂😂, amazing vibe. Will come again.

OMG! One of the bests ever! I loved the Souvlaki sandwich! I wasn’t even hungry!! 20/10 The lady was also so friendly with the positive energy. Didn’t ask for tip or anything I’ll come back for sure!

The burger was flat and empty the cheese fries was flavourless , you sell items individually and don’t have combos so we ended up paying $35 for 2 burgers a cheese fries and 2 drinks. And then the payment terminal had a tip option… this is a one and done disappointment

My wife and I visited @shakeshacktoronto 25 June 2024. What a wondeful experience to enjoy a scrumptious burgers for the first time at Shake Shack. I had the Smokey Joe and Pop and my wife the Chicken Bacon and avo, cheesy fries. Wow, the chees fries blew us away I enquired about some hot sauce as none was seen. The friendly smile of the manager, Elsje Viljoen, made it all better as within minutes a box of hot sauce was unpacked and I could enjoy my Smokey Joe with hot sauce. Elsje also visited our table with that beautfull smile and friendly approach enquiring about our well being. She offered to refill my diet coke as well. A big shout out to Shake Shack Toronto and the wonderful front of house manager, Elsje. She made our experience top of the range. We will be back.

Burger was great as always. Best onion rings anywhere. Another great meal at Burger Shack!

We didn’t get anything. After lining up outside for 20 minutes we were informed that they were out of vanilla custard and vanilla shakes. I decided on a chocolate custard instead and was told let’s I could only have a chocolate shake. We left at that point. Seems a bit disorganized. Went to Five Guys and got a delicious vanilla shake!

The burger was decent, but the restaurant's condition was quite poor. What really disappointed me was the lack of transparency regarding the cheese options for their cheeseburger. They offer three types of cheese, but fail to mention upfront that the 'real' cheese comes at an additional cost. I find this kind of upselling misleading and disappointing, as it's crucial to be clear with customers about pricing. I won't return for this reason alone.

Little diner vibes and the burgers are AMAZING! Everything is fresh and the meat is juicy 😋

Burger was good. Price should be cheaper. 2 drinks and 2 burgers (no fries) cost $30 (with tip). Good quick place!

This has always been a go to late night burger spot for me and my friends. Amazing retro atmosphere and lovely staff. Try the souvlaki sandwich too mmm!!
