Great summerlicious offering. Premium Nigiri, sable fish and mango sorbet. And our server was awesome, offering a complimentary sample of sake so we can compare with the bottle of sake we ordered.

This place is a gem! If you want to taste authentic high level Japanese food, this is the place you must go. I went for my anniversary and they gave us a lovely dessert with a Happy Anniversary message 💜

Tasty sushi place. Service was impeccable. It is a high end restaurant so it is on the pricey side though.

My husband and I’s favorite sushi spot in Toronto. We have been to almost every Sushi Spot and Miku won the number one sushi! I love their Miku Roll and Aburi Salmon!

Had the summerlicious lunch at Miku and had mixed feelings leaving the restaurant. While the service was great, I didn’t find the quality of food justifying the high price tag. Ordered the Miku Zen, Aburi set, and green opera for dessert. The salmon in the Miku zen was probably the worst part of the meal, it was super dry and the wasabi sauce was really overpowering. The rest of the set was okay, and I did really like the maguro tartare. Aburi plate is typical for what you can expect at a higher end Japanese place, but I found the sauces for the oshi to be a bit too creamy. The rice used for the sushi also wasn’t great and was hard and broke apart pretty easily. The dessert was good and I enjoyed it a lot. Would probably come back to try a la carte instead of summerlicious.

Sashimi condition was overall average as some kinds were super fishy... Otoro nigiris and deep-fried shrimp heads were the best👍 If you have the shrimp sashimi that comes with the head, then they offer to fried the heads when you asked to be cleared😅 if they told us before, we could've left it in better shape lol Staff seems well trained and knowledgeable The best to be were yuzu dessert & otoro! Matcha chocolate was more like, matcha briefly passed by the chocolate's house lol - very light in matcha. It's 👍 if you like chocolate

This place is fire. Quality, price, and consistency. We have been coming here every time we visit Toronto — and they just don’t disappoint. They match the quality of some of the best sushi places in NYC, but for about half the cost (thanks in part to the exchange rate). Highly recommend.

Miku was an experience that truly meant a lot to me. It was a moment in time that took me back in my journey only to be cherished three years later. Loved the staff, the food was delicious not the best of best but definitely a great quality to come back for, I truly appreciate the unique menu and the creative power of the atmosphere that totally keeps one wanting to come back for more. A gem in a sense that I would have as one of my favourite Toronto Japanese restaurant.

I recently visited Miko Japanese Restaurant in Toronto. The food was fine, with decent flavors and presentation. The staff stood out for their training and attentiveness, and I appreciated how they introduced each dish in detail. The restaurant was quite busy during lunch, with all tables full. Despite the crowd, the service remained efficient and friendly. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience.

Visited Miku for the first time tonight, and might have a new favourite high end sushi restaurant. Had the sushi tasting menu paired with drinks, and it was perfect. Inventive dishes and combinations of very high quality ingredients that I haven’t had before. It is not cheap, but I think very much worth it.
