Cibo Wine Bar

Great spot for fresh, made in house pasta at reasonable prices. We went spontaneously for a Monday night comfort food date. Nice patio and our server Cassandra was very friendly and kind. Would go back :)

Went there a couple of weeks ago and had a lovely experience. We ordered a bottle of sparkling, arancini, polenta fries, chicken pesto pizza, lobster ravioli and tiramisu. The Arancini were yum and super cheesy. The polenta fries were delicious and crispy. Very surprising dish for a first timer. Then for the mains we ordered the pizza which was really good, we couldn’t finish it. With that we got the lobster ravioli it was definitely yum but it was a tab bit salty for us. We ended our special meal with a tiramisu which was delicious. The ambiance was as expected and the service was very friendly and quick. Highly recommended!

I have yearned to taste pasta this delcious since the closing of Daddyos Pasta (😔 i will never forget you Sri and Daddyo). This came quite close. My companion in tasting toronto (friend) joined me to try Cibo’s $15 Wednesday menu and I must say the pasta was absolutely delicious. It was creamy and had a delicate flavour profile i have always looked for. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite nice as well too.

the food is not what it promises, the vegan calzone that the menu said only had vegetables actually had cheese and was not a vegan option and the food was semi raw. On the day of the hockey final where it was being broadcast, it was simply turned off to make room for a DJ with an extremely high volume that disrupted conversation and didn't match the atmosphere of the restaurant. I felt extremely uncomfortable because when I went to the bathroom there were pictures of half-naked women and one of them was even wearing a chastity belt. However, the service provided by Caterina was excellent! An extremely charismatic and polite professional, her service was the only good thing about the place.

Atmosphere is great, food is fantastic. But the real standout here is the bar service. We had the pleasure of tasting cocktails made by Hale, a truly memorable experience. The tasting notes evoked by his expertise had me reminiscing childhood memories.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed wonderful ladies night with our fantastic server, Erin! The food was delicious. We tried the lobster ravioli, lasagna and the mushroom pasta and all were scrumptious! We will be back!

The food was okayish, I’d skip their Risotto. They have good fuchsia bread though.

I had such an amazing experience dining here with my friends two weeks ago. Upon stepping into the restaurant we were greeted warmly by the hostess and our waitress. She was phenomenal and gave us some great recommendations. We ordered the homemade focaccia, the beef carpaccio, tuna tartare, bruschetta, and grilled calamari. The grilled calamari was absolutely amazing! So tender, smoky and delicious. For my main, I order the seafood risotto and the chef, Murphy, made it extra spicy to my liking. I can honestly say it is one of the best and most hearty risotto dishes I have ever had! We ended our dinner with delicious tiramisu, berry cheesecake and hazelnut mousse. The hazelnut mousse was the star of the show! This CIBO location is amazing and I will definitely be returning with my friends!

Extremely happy with the service offered by all the staff at CIBO. Jeldin provided an outstanding experience at the bar and created delicious cocktails! Can't wait to return for another great meal, and highly recommend the location for large groups, corporate socials, and wine enthusiasts! Keep up the great work!
