Tire shop hiring office/warehouse assistant
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $16/hr (on payroll)
Working hour: 10am - 7pm (Monday - Saturday)
Dayoffs: Sunday and One day during Mon-Sat.
1. Provide customer service including quoting tire & service price.
3. Handle customer phone calls, emails and on-site visiting.
4. Order/return tires from suppliers & inventory check.
5. Work on assigned projects and/or assignments
6. Assist tire installation team during busy season. (4 months out of a year)
7. Assist tire storage team during busy season. (4 months out of a year)
1. English, Mandarin or Cantonese are required.
2. Tire shop or customer service experience is an asset.
3. Capable of lifting and handling tires with rims (up to 50 lbs).
4. Good command of office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, etc.).
5. Strong tele-communication and face to face communication skill is an asset.
6. self-motivated, well-organized and a good team player.
7. fast learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
