This position requires someone with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work both independently on designated tasks as well as assist in the recruiting processes of the team.
– Write, review, post for improve client job ads in order to ensure the success of the ad
– Respond to email, messages, phone calls, and social media communication needs
– Assist Recruitment Manager during the recruitment process
– Assist with Administrative functions such as internal system data maintaining, faxing, scanning, emailing
– Fast speed Data entry, file organizing, and ads post managing
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
– Great communication skills and customer service oriented
– Must speak and write fluently English and Mandarin
– Daily and weekly goal orientated for all recruitment projects
– Mature personality for implement positive attitude toward complicated situation
– Positive attitude, huge passion and patience for administration duty and Recruitment industry with hard work ethics until completion
