We are recruiting Bookkeeper/Administrator. This job is going to be direct hired by client company. Bilingual English and Mandarin are required for this position.
– A minimum of two years of experience in bookkeeper and office administration,involves in general ledge, AP, AR, Payroll, bookkeeping, Invoices.
– Open minded and comfortable corporate with multicultural working team. The working team members are mostly local Canadian and Asian Canadian background.
– Must be able to understand, read, speak and write in English fluently.
-Professional business manner. Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task
-A high level of motivation with a desire to be successful, positive work attitude.
-Better ability of numeracy at work.
– Monitor and chase AR/AP status and make sure no accounting records overdue or in mistake in finance system
– Prepare AR/AP aging report and analysis report for costing monthly
– Assist in the preparation and review of monthly management reports and supporting schedules
– Order entry and review orders for accuracy and completeness while maintaining order flow and properly filing paperwork
– Preparing and arranging the weekly shipping schedule and shipping documents for the shipping department
– Coordinating shipments by working with the carriers to provide freight quotations
– Support Inside Sales Team with sales and marketing initiatives
Working hour: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location: Mississauga 401/Derry Road
Salary： $35,000 ~ $37,000, will decide after the interview, performance bonus+ employee benefit package
