Using Microsoft tools i.e. Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word to prepare reports and documents.
Ability for using EDI software being used by the company for billing process & vendor invoicing. Will also be using software to prepare invoices. We will provide training if needed.
Coordinate and plan office administrative procedures to optimize office work efficiency.
To oversee & perform important role in the administration of the company and perform various administrative duties including record keeping, billing, invoices and filing the paperwork.
To establish work priorities to support office staff and to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed by the office staff members.

Planning and Organizing
Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
Dependable with strong attention to detail
Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
A university degree; or college diploma.
Apparel Retail or Wholesale experience will be asset
