The Call Center Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining the call center network environments by analyzing requirements, resolving sales problems.
Provide sales support and resolve problems to the end user satisfaction.
Collaborate with call center colleagues to follow up with clients to ensure issue has been resolved.
Report sales issues to the Manager for escalation.
Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of (0.5- 1) years customer service experience.
