Job Type: Full Time
1. Inventory system administrator
2. Process orders and shipping.
3. Handle customer phone calls, emails and on-site visiting. Follow up and generate reports
4. Document processes
5. Interface with warehouse
6. Work on assigned projects and/or assignments
1. Inventory and/or Bookkeeping experience is an asset.
2. Excellent oral and writing English is a must; good command of office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, etc.).
3. Strong tele-communication and face to face communication skill is an asset.
4. self-motivated, well-organized and a good team player.
